I am interested in purchasing your theme but have a few questions:
1. Does it come with the font used in the demo.
2. Can the telephone/information bar on the very top in Header Style #2 be removed/customized?
3. Can cases be used as portfolio pages. Is there a limit to the number of cases.
4. I like services layout 2 banner, can it be implemented in the “cases” layout as well?
5. Can the order of the grid items/cases be specified? Can it be manual?
6. Lastly, how are the 6 items displayed to the right of the main image on case pages controlled. In your demo, you have 9 cases but only 6 items appear in that list.

2. Yes, it’s possible to modify under Appearance -> Customize -> Header section.
3. Yes, of course. You can easily change Post Type titles and URLs in the theme and there is no limit for number of Cases.
4. You can easily add Slider or other fields to this page content using Visual Composer Editor.
5. You can use an extra plugin like – https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-post-order/ .
6. There is a custom menu in the Sidebar and you can easily modify it under Appearance -> Menu.

Thank you for your quick response. I would like to follow up with some additional questions.
1. Does the theme have search functionality?
2. Can Service Grid be filtered just like the page “cases grid with filter”?
3. In the news list page, can the title and feature image take you to the post, it seems to be that the only way to get there is by clicking on the “read more” button.
4. On the page, About Us, in the video section, you have to click twice to watch a video hosted on youtube. Can Youtube videos play without the double clicking?
5. Can videos also be hosted on the site? If so, what player is used? Does it play in HD and can it prevent files from being downloaded, Lastly, is there an auto play option available?

2. Now, it’s not possible. But we are planning to add this kind of feature for Services soon.
3. It needs to customize News blog template in order to realize this request.
4. There is a preview thumbnail for the video, there for it needs double click for starting. If you remove (or not put) preview image, video will be started with one click.
5. You can upload your videos through site Media and put them using iframe which can be played automatically. Or use an extra player plugin in your site.

Please don’t enter your private data on public comments. Besides this theme package doesn’t contain HTML mockups, there is no information about HTML in Item page also. I am having the same issues, the text and the icon in the info box image are not properly visible on small laptop screen and tablet screen and the slide banners also disappears on the mobile screen. How do I get the Slider Revolution plugin to display my slider on mobile devices? Sliders will display on everything except a mobile phone sized device, which is the most important.
What am I doing wrong? Is this hidden on mobile somewhere in the CSS?

hi, it would be best if you had powerful Admin Panel as the WP Default Customization tool is just not good enough to manage a custom theme. We have been three! also RTL is a must now a days. and whatever else market needs would be nice if you theme can have. thanks
