You may be facing this issue because of your ftp configurations which had minified code.
Please make sure the following before you upload your theme via FTP.Settings for FileZilla FTP client 1. Click Edit >> Setting In settings pop up. 2. Look for Transfers >> File types >> Auto will be selected. 3. Change it to Binary After this setting upload your theme it will work for you.

Hi @ Bosunbabatunde. Thank you for your interest in one of our theme. The option you are looking for is not available in theme for now. In default system, you must have to add atleast one hotel . If you looking to have one hotel, you may achieve this via code customization.

susks !!!! 10 days wasted !! after some serious time consuming tries, and thru item support, after requesting wordpress credentials, ftp credentials, today support is asking me to contact my hosting supplier to lower security settings for ajax calls! and guess what.. pay attention all of you out there… this item does not work on shared hosting accounts, godaddy does not support ajax calls, for that you need virtual server… I mean this is by far the worst buying experience ive had in themeforest.
this clearly needs to be put out there in product description… don’t let customer find out on their own and by themselves. be clear and blunt about this,,,,,, this item is not supported on shared hosting accounts with godaddy… I already followed support instructions for every little thing they needed, and this last i just got off chat with godaddy and is not supported…. i read product descriptions before buying and this is not in your product description. please put it out there visible where everyone can read it… dont leave this kind of information here in the comments section !!

If we can’t reproduce the issue it is very likely that it has something to do with your hosting environment. If what you say were true and we would simply ignore such bugs then we would get bundles of requests by our respected users to fix it. Since we do not I assume that this is not directly related to the theme. We have list of productive clients working smooth on shared hosting environments.

theme is proven to fail upon initial installation. I have not gotten to “where no e-mail is sent after booking” and did I say you are not able to view the bookings as they happen? I have provided my wordpress credentials…why ftp access is needed? this is not in your product description… if I would have known that I would have had to go thru this I would have never decided to go with your theme.. now I want it,, and I want it working like in your demo… this information should be posted in product description.. ftp access will be requested to set it up… wordpress credentials will also be requested…as time passes this continues to go unresolved…. it is only after I point out the little things that are faiing that you get in touch wth me… otherwise every exchange has made me feel you want to brush me off your shoulders… I don’t want to be going thru this… you are forcing me to go thru this…

this happened to me before… one idiot asked me for ftp credentials where I host hundreds of sites… I don’t know what he did for sure.. got the theme working but messed up all my other sites… see my predicament here? I don’t store personal stuff in servers… is just dumb people im afraid of…

get your documentation right… it does not resemble your theme in nothing… instructions are not more than a 5 line paragraph… where it should be a whole page for every feature,, a page at least

Your concern had been well understood, Your all suggestions regarding documentation and configurations are noted well. We will consider them to advertise in future to avoid any misunderstanding.
Please note that there are certain parameters to get premium support one of which is that you have to provide full access of your site (admin and ftp) credentials, incase you are facing any issue so that your issue will resolve as soon as possible. After that, You will be able to claim for bug or customer support.
To avoid any mess, provide ftp details along with valid ftp directory path where you had installed theme to get your issue resolved. Thanks!

Please note that you are not uploading right kind of files in the directory. You need to upload only the theme files instead of the whole files that you downloaded from themeforest. First extract the downloaded package, locate theme zip file in it after extraction and upload that file. It will work fine for you. Thank you!
Support!!! I need this theme to work as advertised, i need it as promised it will work as the demo but after several installs and troubleshootings i am not able to configure it as tour demo.. This is the same story with all themeforrest themes, they always want to charge you extra for installing it correctly. I already created ticket and its been almost two days and so far ive received only an automated response. I find myself in a monologue chatting with myself in the ticket system… I didnt pay for this to be this way!!!!!

I have provided all the credentials you ask… and I continue to find missing features in the theme as well as lack of functionality. I appreciate the assistance im getting but this is by far the most time consuming theme I have ever purchased. it seems is in experimental phase and you are experimenting with us and we are telling you the bugs.. I should be compensated for my time and effort. I should also be credited for sharing so many problems is not even funny. you fixed the ” add rooms” feature you have failed to assist me in viewing bookings in my trials of the theme. you have failed to document how to configure the notification email you advertise in your product.. why would you advertise and not tell us where to configure? you have failed to show me or make a feature available in your theme documentation and that is the ” transactions feature” I cannot find it anywhere yet it is documented in your manual where I should go but is missing…. !!!!

it has not been resolved sir… you sorted it out from your end… i have not figured out yet how to use the theme since the documentation does not match. it is true the theme was fixed in my live website but it was loaded with the sample features. as soon as i started adding my own rooms and my own hotels everything came down… i already spent s much time on this.. it seems only the little things that dont work and that i happen to point out are the ones that get fixed.
please, understand, when i said setup as the demo, i mean in working order,, but for gods sake i want to setup my own hotels, my own rooms, my own prices. i have a sense everyone is laughing at me at chimp studio, many words come to my mind when i say chimp studios, so we are going to call all the little things that dont work in the theme, we’ll call them chimpanzees, now! can someone fix all the chimpanzees in the theme?

Dis those productive customers you are referring to received the proper documentation? Can i get the manual for this theme! I too feel bad for asking just about everything, for example: how to do i set up emails to be sent to me using contact forms included in footer? How? I dont see it in the manual! In the manual states that inwould be able to see transactions, now the feature transactions is gone! Hidden! I got the fix a few days ago by support members, but why is disappearing again!? Log into the site yourself to see what i mean!! I have no ussues sharing my wordpress credentials!

Why after we are done fixing the issue it goes right back to where we started? Do you mind sharing a little more information on what you are doing? I mean do the ftp accounts you are creating at my hosting account do they need to stay there? I am sorry but I have been just about as diligent in communicating my issues and giving you what you need, since documentation and manual are not clear it would be advisable you tell me last minute instructions at least. After you are done fixing I change my wordpress passwords so I am 100% sure I’m the only one with access, same goes with my godaddy from account, if I created one for you and then we are done I delete it. So my question is for the second time. Those ftp accounts you are creating without my authorization and knowledge .. Do they need to start there?

If I have a room with a one double bed and one single bed. I have created 2 room capacities for this room (one for 3 guests and one for 2 guests with different price). My questions is, if one of the room capacity will be booked (for e.g. 3 guests) then for the same period does the room will be not available for booking also for the second capacity that I have created (2 guests)? Also does this option will be filtered by the Room Prefix or it is only just an info for the room? Can you explain more how the Room Prefix is involved into the booking system?

It is NOT WORKING as it is advertised! It takes me now one month just to find all errors of the booking plugin and still I am finding new bugs. Hi, how to block rooms for an interval of dates like (1/6/2016 – 16/6/2016) ?

A bug that I have found in the booking system is that, if I will make a booking order for an interval of dates like (1/6/2016 – 16/6/2016) and make this order as confirmed, then if you do a search for rooms availability in front-end of the website in the same interval of dates you will see that no rooms will be found. I had 4 rooms available with correct capacities for each room.
How this bug could be fixed?
