I hope you are doing well. We edited the website and uploaded it to our hosting only to see that the website doesn’t pull up. We even contacted our hosting company and they tested everything to come to the same conclusion that there is something wrong with the footer. The login permissions is from Cpanel or from your Hosting company, this has nothing to do with template. Please ask the hosting company or check in Cpanel the directory permissions.

Yes you do not need to be pro to create a website with polo template. The template can be easily edit/customized, using Dreamweaver.
Installing on domain is simple, after you make some modifications you can just upload it on your server and done.

Documentation says that we should start from the Template folder. Unfortunately I cannot find that folder in the zip.

There is a different folder with examples. So there are: Documentation & Polo-v2. The Polo-v2 folder contains over 400 html examples and 9 subfolders.
Still no Template folder with raw polo files

It seems like a huge template … it’s bigger than 440 MB
The folder contains a lot of examples. I would expect clear small template that I can use directly in my project.
You can simply remove the existing other files that you do not need.
Example Homepages directory, audio, video etc.

Hi, it’s possible to have a megamenu with fullscreen overlay menu effect? The menu is always collapse, when click on “lines-button” it appear as a fullscreen overlay. Thnks

We actually removed the go to top function on this version, we will restore it on next update. Sorry for that.
Please use these steps to restore the GoToTop button function:
1. Go to /js/theme-elements.js open it with an text editor
2. In line 859 and 876 uncomment the these lines

There is a problem with templates with left column and some browsers (explorer & safari). When you have charged the page then all the screen became white for less one second and the you can see the page again (for instance: http://www.inspirothemes.com/polo-v2/home-architect.html)
The problem is here: theme-functions.js and exactly in this line: INSPIRO.sidePanel = function () { if (sidePanel.exists()) {

Please can you tell us your browser and os version. Since, we tested in Safari with Os Mavericks and everything seems to work fine.
We had this issue on earlier versions 1.0, now we are at 2.0 and it could be the browser cache or something.

Hi, that code is ok in our website. I can’t send you the url because it’s not public yet but in your own example happens the same but not only ipad, but iphone and explorer and Edge with Windows 10. I’ve tested in several computers and always the same. If you like, I can make a video.
