Any updates on the update? You said in the upcoming weeks in reply to a recent comment but that was almost 3 months ago now. It’s been over a year since I last asked about your update and still nothing.

Hi, I paid to extend support for 6 months, but you haven’t replied for over 2 months to my support ticket. I would like a refund because I haven’t got what I paid for.
I created a support ticket over two weeks ago and still have not received a response. I purchased the template and it’s mostly working however the header/logo/slider items are all overlapping each other and unusable when the site it viewed on an iphone.

I have a version before 2020 and contact form will only with PHP 7.4.

the online version seems up to date, while the downloadable version does not. I saw in the comments that other users have already reported it. How come?
Briefly, the most urgent questions are 1. about the hamburger menu icon that is not visible in dark mode (because it doesn’t change color - as the language switcher and search icons do) - 2. I cannot find in the documentation instructions on how to code the HTML to use a PNG logo and have the site switch from the normal to “-mobile”, and to “-dark” (there are sample files in the images folder but apparently no examples of their usage). I just downloaded the template file from the website, but these elements are not in the template. I really need it. When the contact form sends a submitted message, the email received reads the full HTML text. I saw someone else reported the same issue listed here by someone else, but there was no helpful information on how to resolve the issue.

Is there a fix yet for the contact form issue? I has been several months.
So … just to be clear, POTENTIAL PURCHASERS should be aware that the contact form DOES NOT WORK … and you’ve known it doesn’t work for over 4 months and HAVE DONE NOTHING TO FIX the issue.
Note that the contact form works fine in our 5 different servers we have. GoDaddy, BlueHost, HostGator etc. It may be an issue with your server settings.

I am also using those same hosts, and am UNABLE to get the form to work using PHP 8+. Works fine on versions of 7, but simply does not send with PHP 8+. I noticed someone else asked a similar question, but it went unanswered. Can you confirm that the current download, dating way back to 19 June 2023, is supposed to work with PHP 8.2, 8.3? Because I’m not having any luck with that.

Yes, now on Google you would need to enable the Geocoding API under APIs in the Google Cloud Platform Console to resolve this error. To do so, please follow the steps below:
1) Go to Google Console dashboard https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/dashboard? 2) Click on “ENABLE APIS AND SERVICES” 3) Search for Maps API and Geocoding API and enable these libraries.
