That’s correct and done by design as the button would take up way to much space the Grid layout is supposed to be compact for brokerages that have a lot of Agents, like this buyer http://www.mainstreetrealestategroup.com/brokers/ has 50 and counting. However if you want you can always create a child theme copy over the template-agents.php and make modifications as you see fit for your particular site.
2. You can change the standard WordPress slug author to agent or whatever you’d like as I did in the demo site with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/edit-author-slug/

Yes, I’ve actually included a status called Ghost so that any listing with that applied is removed from the standard listings search, more on that http://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/documentation/#taxonomies. Then you can create a page and use the Visual Composer > CT Listings module to display any listings with the Sold status if you’d like http://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/documentation/#visualcomposer.

thank you for your reply I have the plugin but it says “plugin activation” NO ACTIVATE And Apparances / Pluggin installed> Activate Slider Revolution for Premium Benefits. You can Enter an existing key or Purchase a license key license. I can not do the update, I have the version 5.2.1

Because of the multitude of membership plugins available, theres noway I can build in specific compatibility features to interface with the frontend listing system unfortunately, so I’m guessing some modifications will need to be made, but I really doubt it would be very difficult you’ll basically just be putting the frontend submit, edit & manage listing pages behind your membership paywall and using its built in features for payment, login, register, etc…

I see how you mean in terms of limiting things out, if we just want a single listing available per subscription, how would that work? Is there an option within the theme to set 1 listing per account max?

For the booking plugin, the client is looking to have a calendar where someone can request a viewing for a person’s property and the property owner can accept or decline the invitation.

That would have to be a part of the membership plugin you setup to limit the amount of listings a user can post based on the level they paid/signed up for.

The Woo Booking calendar could handle that no problem.

Thank you is there a way using the theme to generate contact forms similar to the “request more info” forms on the listing pages? These contact forms come from the address that is entered in the email field. but when i use jetpack or contact 7 the emails always come from wordpress@mydomain.com

Those forms are custom coded so they do included listing information, etc…not sure if that’s possible with Contact Form 7 or JetPack unfortunately.

You can, I’ve actually personally upgraded a buyer from RE3 to 7 http://stayfurnished.com/, you can use the WP All Import plugin along with the official theme add-on plugin please see http://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/documentation/#wpallimport, you would also use the WP All Export plugin as well to export out your current site content into the new database https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-export/. Easiest way to do it is setup a dev site on your server in say another folder called dev, install WordPress, export out the data from your current live site, import into the dev site, get everything running the way you like it, then install the theme on the live site, and switch the database connection via wp-config.php and you’re all good to go.

Unfortunately I don’t have any walkthroughs for membership plugins as those are third party and I can’t provide support there, just a heads up the login/register frontend submission is all built into the theme you only need a membership plugin if you’d like to sell different packages.

The entire folder you download from Themeforest named realestate-7.zip, you’ll need to unzip that and upload via FTP overwriting the existing folder on your server.

On homepage settings, on theme admin, i add “featured listing”, then i put some properties as featured (“destacada” in fact, because its translated) on edit listing…but i can´t see them. Make sure that you tag is as “Featured” and it’ll appear on the homepage.

I’m very sorry to hear that, not sure what you mean by lack of support and all the other “issues” you’ve stated, did you ever open any tickets on the support site? Number of Kitchens and Sofas aren’t standard fields normally however more fields can be added by using a plugin like Advanced Custom Fields, then you could just create a child theme and output those within the templates wherever you’d like them to appear. Its pretty straightforward and definitely not “absurd” or “insurmountable” to say the least.
