Your portfolios in the primary menu (LIFE DRAWING, OILS and WATERCOLOUR) are a portfolio post, each of them is a single post page to show details of the portfolio.
You should create new portfolio page to show all portfolio posts in a portfolio grid view as you can see on our demo site -> http://wydethemes.com/flora1/flora-masonry-full-width/

There are 2 parts about portfolio.
1. A portfolio post, this is an entry of portfolios or projects, you can add a portfolio entry in Portfolios section on WP admin, you can also choose the layout to display the project details.
2. A page to display your portfolio list, this is a page that displays all project list in a grid layout. You can create a page in Pages section on WP admin, then add a Portfolio Grid element to this page so it will display your portfolios in the grid layout on this page.
In order to add a Portfolio Grid, you should edit your page with Visual Composer Backend Editor, then add a Portfolio Grid element from Elements window. You can see more details in our documentation at Portfolio -> Create A Portfolio Page.
hello there Loving the flora theme, am just working with it now.. At the moment when I click on a portfolio image it opens up in a lightbox.. Please could you tell me how to open these up in a page (I haven’t created one yet) rather than the lightbox?

Actually the portfolio grid will open the portfolio detail page when you click on an image or title text but it will open the lightbox when you click on a magnifying glass icon, see on our demo site -> http://wydethemes.com/flora1/gallery-full-width-4-columns/
You should remove a magnifying glass icon if you would like to disable the lightbox by adding the custom CSS below to Theme Options -> Advanced -> Head Content:

I couldn’t access your link, it says “Page not found”.
However, the portfolio images in gallery should be bigger than 640×640px so they will be cropped and fit perfectly within the gallery layout. As you can see when your image height less than 640px, it will be short and display in different size from other images.

The header menu in this theme doesn’t support centered logo and centered menu. This theme includes only 4 layouts of header menu as you can see in our demo sites.

This is a bug with the Split Effect of portfolio grid when you have portfolio posts less than 10 items. Thank you for reporting this issue, it will be fixed in the next update.
You can temporarily fix it now by choosing another effect or adding portfolio posts so when you have more 10 items this issue will not happen.

Hello, I purchased Flora for WP back when it was version 1.2.3 and I noticed once version 1.2.4 was pushed the video play button on the portfolio grid view was replaced by a magnifying glass icon and videos being played from the homepage don’t work anymore. I noticed in the change log there was some change to the Portfolio Featured Video and maybe this has something to do with it. Hopefully you can address this as I was really interested in using this feature. Other than that, I’m in love with the theme – great job!

Hi, i’m a purchaser of Vela theme too, and it has a nice M4W integration, i wonder why flora dont ? It is possible to add this ?
Also i have trouble changing the color of the text in the menu. i did it before, but cant find it since a few days ^^

Regarding the M4W, if it means MailChimp for WordPress, you can try it. I suppose it can work with the theme even it is not included in the demo sites.
You can only choose between Dark and Light color for the menu text. Edit the page, change the Foreground Style in Flora Options -> Header at the bottom of the page.

Yeah i mean this plugin, it work well but the styling is really poor, i remember have nothing to do on Vela to have a great styling. It is possible to have this part of css copy into my custom css ?
Also it is possible to change the color of a particular foreground, i would kile a darker font… If you tell me what code i have to add in theme options i could choose my color easily.

3. The buttons on your site have an additional space at the top from custom settings, you should edit the button settings to remove the top padding in Design Options tab so the button text will be vertically centered properly as you can see on our demo site -> http://wydethemes.com/flora/elements/#buttons
4. The mobile menu requires a hamburger menu that’s in the header bar. If you have no header on mobile you couldn’t open the mobile menu from the left side so the header always appears on mobile and tablet even you hide it.

4- If you dont want the menu on PC and laptops why did you want it on mobile ? It’s kind of weird ! For me if i dont need menu on pc i dont need it on any devices. For example : http://www.design-by-jaler.com/ On mobile the design i created for the page under revolution slider is kinf of broken because of that.

4. Try the steps below to enable Transparent Header so your header will have no background color and overlay on the slider instead.

- Change the Transparent Header to Enable.

4- Will try this, but the goal is really to not load up the menu at all like in PC mode ! It could get my page way faster on mobile if i dont load all this useless stuff on top of the slider.
Edit: Still load the menu, only make it transparent… To be clear, i want the same behavior than PC if possible, dont load at all the menu or header. Maybe a way around is to make a blank template that charge nothing but the content. Lots of themes have that.
1. I just provided the whole code for this plugin from Vela theme. However, it might have some different styles since it’s in the different theme. I suppose it will be better if you replace the placeholder text “Votre adresse de courrier électronique” with the shorter one.
Also, you can edit the custom CSS that I’ve provided to change its styles to suit your needs.
4. You can add the custom CSS below to hide the menu on mobile:

I am using the Portfolio in one of my pages and everything is working fine but I would like to remove the “All” from one of the filter choices and have the page open up with another filter already clicked by default. I was able to remove the “All” filter using CSS but I have not figured out how to make another filter become default and already active. Is this possible using either CSS or Javascript ?

Installed both Multilingual Plugins – Polylang and now I tried qTranslate X and both have the same issue. Although they both work, when switching from one language to another, the page changes but the menu stays the same as the previous page. You have to refresh the page to get the new language menu. This happens in all browsers.
At first I thought it was Polylang so I uninstalled it and installed gTranslate X. Now I realize it must be the template.
What am I doing wrong? Is there a cache issue somewhere?
If AJAX Page is enabled, your site will update only content within the main container when you navigate to another page, the primary menu and footer will not be updated. You should turn off AJAX Page option in Theme Options -> AJAX Options so your primary menu will be updated when you change to another page.

You can display specific category for each portfolio grid.
Add a Portfolio Grid on each page, edit the Portfolio Grid, click on Build query button in Custom Posts, then add category name into the Taxonomies field so it will display only portfolio posts in this category.

I’ve been enjoying the theme so far, but I can’t find how to change the Team Slider pictures to landscape mode. I’ve been changing the width via CSS, but the pictures keep stretching (apparently they get cropped in squares). I know some HTML/CSS/JS, so I’m willing to edit any code that is needed.
The Team Slider will always display the images in portrait mode as the template design. The image size has been assigned in the shortcode template. When you change the size to landscape through CSS, your images will be stretched since their natural size are portrait. So please upload the portrait images instead.
Hi, I am using your theme to create a single page site based on your supplied “Child theme”. The first part of the page has a slider created using the “slider revolutions slider” provided as part of the package. On the slider I have a couple of buttons that I would like to hyperlink to “pages” further down in the one page site. I have added these as links to the anchors for the pages and this does work…. kind of. What it does not do is animate the scrolling. Is there a way to tap into the animated scrolling that is used by the site main and footer menus? Thanks for your help Patrick

The buttons on slider have no animate scrolling. You should add an action to this button as the image below:
Add Click action, choose Callback and enter wyde.page.scrollTo(”#anchor-name”); in function field.
