Pre sales question: Is it possible to do the following with parallax in your theme? [link removed]
Another question: Parallax on that theme (link above) works on iphone. This is something I haven’t seen elsewhere. Do you know why your parallax effect won’t work on ios and Elision’s do?

Parallax is possible, but it will not work on mobile devices (at this moment).
I really want to buy your theme, but I don’t understand why you would choose to make this feature unavailable on mobile. Do you think you can expand on this? I may still buy the theme if there’s a positive side of such decision.
Sure.
Parallax was not working well on iOS devices until iOS 8.1 or 8.2 (this was caused by throttled onscroll event in iOS). So there was no sense in mobile parallax.
We are planning to enable parallax option for mobile devices, but I cannot give an ETA at this moment.

i have installed all sliders from the folder but in the page creative2 (the one i need) the slider is not appearing. what is the slider for this page?? also in the home page im getting this message: Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias The7-homepage not found. that one is not in the folder. can you please advise. i already put a ticket and no response.

Hi! I can’t update theme via admin console. I check “theme update”, it’s says new version, click to update, i clicked, shows message “stylesheets something..” and nothing happened. Now i have “Activated theme version is The7 ver. 3.4.2” and “You have the most recent version of the theme.”

Answered it couple of times already. Now you can edit widgets directly in the “Layout” tab. Just click the “pencil” icon on the widget you need to edit.
just bought this theme and use Item Purchase Code for plugin activation but … Somehow .. it is not working .. I followed your guideline and did exactly what you told me to do… Let me know how to activate it with my Item Purchase Code…

You can use all plugins that comes bundled with The7 theme without entering purchase codes or activating them.
However if you want a bit faster plugins updates, some locked features, dedicated support or just want to support their authors – you are more then welcome to purchase dedicated licenses.
I already purchased the7 theme and tired to activate slider revolution but … it is not working well … I code of license and it is not working … without entering purchase codes.. it is not active … and I have limitation .. to add slider image … etc …
why this license code is not working anyway?

You cannot activate plugins with theme purchase code. And more importantly, you do not need to: plugins are fully functional without entering codes (except some unnecessary integration features in ConvertPlug).

Congratulations with your theme! Unfortunately i have an issue with the send button on the footer widgets.
On the home page, the small contact form has the option to set the text on the submit/send button. So that’s fine, named it “verstuur uw bericht” in Dutch. If i use the same mini contact form through footer widgets, i have no options. Problem is that the send/submit button is wrong translated in to Dutch. It says “toevoegen” instead of “verzenden”, which makes no sense. Overall i use WPML to translate the site and i’m happy with it. Could you please tell me where to overwrite this in the code? Specific please, as i tried alredy to look in to different PO files, but couldn’t find it.

When i click on a link or button on mobile the hitbox always shows up a pale blue colour (the 7 dream theme blue). Is there a way to change the colour of the hit boxes or the background colour after clicked/tapped on mobile?

Hi, i encountered a problem with the mobile menu on android devices (v.3.5.0): Its not possible to scroll down, so the last menu items are invisible and unreachable. The same probelm appears when watching any of your demo sites. Can your provide any hint for this major problem? Thanks.

I adjusted some stuff, and also deleted some disk space. Site is already speeding up. So no need anymore.
New bundled plugin ConvertPlug doesn’t work. How can i validate the purchase from ConvertPlug: “Once registered, enter your purchase code and validate your license to get eligible for one click updates.” – the purchase code from The7 does’t work for validate the PlugIn.

Please Help!! After import Slider Revolution from The7 Product (the7-product-video-bg.zip) Any changes in this slider impossible! After save and reopen all layer was deleted. Also before save in preview mode i have error “Field Slide ID should not be empty”

Sorry, but maybe problem in Rev Slider? I have pushased RSand a’m try replace T7 RS on pushased. After import downloaded with RS demo content (vimeohero or youtubehero) this problem was repeat! Any changes was clear all layers in edited slider& Any Idea?

Hi. 1 – Is it possible to combine an upper menu that includes hyperlink to sections in a long scroll page for some items (such as http://the7.dream-demo.com/demo/product/) and a “normal” drop down menu for others? 2 – Could a long scroll (single page) site include hyperlinks to other pages in the site that maintain the “upper menu” structure as in the homepage? Hello. I updated the theme, went to “The7 Pluggins”, it was advised to update Ultimate Addons (updated successfully) and Visual Composer (installed version is 4.10, “Active, Requires Update”, Minimum required version: 4.11.1). But update does not work. Shall I wait for Theme update or my Plugin update does not work? Thanks. Great Theme, btw!
Solved. I deactivated Plugin and only then I could update it. Do I need to deactivate VC Plugin everytime I need to make updates? If I deactivate Plugin, does it affect content on my site?

There’s an issue that happens to some buyers (1-2 persons of 100) when they have to update the way you described. We are not sure what causes it and were not able to reproduce it I guess we have to wait for the next version of plugin to answer your question.

If you will not activate the plugin again – VC content will be presenter as plane text.
If you reactivate the plugin – everything will look normal again.

You can split the row in 2 columns and assign a offset background to one of them. Or you can make an image that is offset (half-color/half-image).
