2. Yes you can also change menu layout option to left menu instead.
Sorry one last question, on any of your demo sites there is a pullout “Cog” with a demo list. Can you please tell me what extension this is please as I’d like to use it with the theme to select our brands? Is this possible to use both the menu and the cog together on the same homepage?

It’s quite simple really. There is a feature that is not included in your theme that shows potential customers all the demo variations. It is handled by a COG symbol on the right of the screen. If you click on the COG the sidbar feature pops out and allows users to select any of the demos.
Navigate to:
http://themes.themegoods2.com/?theme=GrandPortfolioand on the right of the page/screen is the cog I mentioned. What extension is this please?

Is the full screen feature part of a slider or gallery viewer or can it be used on any page in the site please?

2. Yes you can add fullscreen slider using revolution slider plugin which is included in theme too.
3. All features you saw on demo site are included in theme package
1, No, I mean for the page to open in full screen, i.e. no browser navigation view.
2, again no, is the full screen feature that allows the user to see only the webpage (i.e. no browser toolbars or navigation) a feature that is available on all pages?
3, What we are asking is the “full screen feature” that is mentioned in points 1 and 2 above an extension or is it something you’ve developed in house?

Normally you can use all basic function of Revolution Slider plugin you saw on demo site.
However you have to purchase separated license for Revolution Slider if you want to use additional features ex. auto update feature of the plugin. When you purchased theme, plugin is included but it’s purchased code for theme
You can install revolution slider plugin via Appearance > Install Plugins.
Ok, thanks. I purchased the revslider plugin. I have another problem now. when I go to the page I am editing i get a 2 line error on top of the navigation, i don’t know how to get rid of this, it was there since I activated the theme. 1. On the “portfolio” page, when I click on some of the pictures it takes me to a slide show, I want to make it not to go there, but instead straight to the project description page, how can I do that?
2. in the section for “Categories” if I click on “All” it takes me to the grandportfolio demo page, how can I change this?
3. On the bottom there’s a section that says: “Recent portfolios” how can I change it to: “Recent Projects”?

I also cannot add a blog grid through the content builder. I’ve just installed the theme however I can’t access the ‘Customize’ panel. Also the WordPress Importer that is required keeps deactivating. I love the theme, but I see some random white space in for example ‘Portfolio Mixed Masonry Wide’ (Safari, OSX) between the images which prevents me from buying it. Is this a bug or a setting?

I just installed the theme and that went fine but if I now go to the customize section it says session expired and I have to login again, after which it again says session expired. I tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome and all have the same issue. Any ideas what the problem could be?

Generally it’s handle by WordPress system, not theme related one so there might be issue with your current WordPress installation.
Please re install FRESH Wordpress and theme. Some files are broken.
I reinstalled both the latest Wordpress and the theme and it happens again, it only does it in the customize page of this theme and not any of the others, nor any other pages in Wordpress. And if it says that the session expired in the customize page and I go back to any other page like portfolios it’s back to normal and I’m still logged in
