The Agency home template works perfect. All pages has been loaded just fine. All plugins has been installed as the tutorial indicates. Still. App home do not work.

Looks like the revolution slider set in the page edit window is invalid. Usually this should not cause the page to fail but may be this is something new with the revolution slider or the theme itself. If you still have trouble, pls open a support ticket in the forum with a temp login to the site and we will get it working. Thanks

Now, during the installation the error “Failed to import “Default sign-up form”: Invalid post type mc4wp-form” appeared. I’ve ignored as the instructions said. But now, the error is near the bottom of the page, it reads “[mc4wp_form]”
Also, the big blue button in the main menu is not being shown despite I selected the menu in the Appearance tab.
Could you help on both issues?

You need to install the Mailchimp plugin and for the Download Now button, pls insert Text widget into Header Area widget in Appearance->Widgets with the following content -

Am getting a error after updating to wp4.5, jquery.js?ver=1.12.3:1 Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: #mobile-menu-toggle, #mobile-menu a[href*=#]. I can’t really update the theme just yet without major changes as I was stupid enough to not have a Child theme.
I updated the js/main.js but this is still happening. any other methods to fix?
The main.js updated must fix it – can you do a browser refresh and recheck? Try using another browser or desktop to make sure the JS was updated.

the layout / design is fine, however I cam getting the error and I think its causing issues during checkout.
The error is due to WP Menu Cart plugin. It is adding a menu item to the navigation without a link and hence the js/main.js is raising an error. This happens only when there is no items in the cart; when there are items, the cart points to cart page and hence no issues.
May be you should get in touch with the developer of this plugin to add the link to the cart page by default even when there are no items in the cart since it would anyway point to the cart page once the items are in the cart.

Today when I saw the website, the backgrounds of the elements werent covering the entire width of the screen (caspy.com). Also the primary menu isnt changing its color and size when you scroll down. The console is displaying the following error – Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: #mobile-menu-toggle, #mobile-menu a[href*=#]. The error wasnt there yesterday. I can say for sure that the error isnt caused on our end because the site wasnt updated before the change. Please help.
Pls upgrade to the latest version of the theme and site will do fine. At least try replacing the js/main.js from latest version of the theme. Thanks

Thanks for your interest. Some images are copyrighted while many others are free from sites like unsplash.com but may require attribution. If you have specific image in mind, pls do let me know and we can provide more details.
What about the smaller icons throughout and the images that are also videos? Also, will all the text be included? I just don’t want to receive a blank template. I’m looking for an out-of-the-box app selling/making theme, with SEO,responsive, retina. Thanks.

Glad you got that resolved. You had to change the rewrite attribute slug in plugin livemesh-tools/includes/register-post-types.php file at line number 189. But that wouldn’t survive updates to the theme and hence plugin is better. Happy to hear you like our theme.

Pls use show post snippets widget. Also you can use widgets from livemesh siteorigin widgets plugin – have a look at grid widget.

Pls refer to the documentation for instructions on using page builder. It also has links to documentation for the page builder. There should be a few tutorials on YouTube on how to use page builder by SiteOrigin.

Thanks for your interest. There is no built-in support for Smart App Banners in the theme. You will need to customize it to achieve the same.

Nice theme! We really like it!
Once you click on “Edit with visual composer” it opens the full site with the visual composer top bar. Great. Then you go to a section and click on “Edit”. So it opens the regular editor when I can see the code, but I don’t see the visual composer editor.
Everything is fully updated. What am I missing?

Looks like you are using frontend editor of visual composer. Pls use the backend editor and avoid frontend editor since we found it unreliable across multiple themes. This is true with many popular themes too. Thanks.

That’s the backend, front end editor will show the items it self (images and whatsoever). Also, there are no buttons as you can see.
Lastly, this is your theme, I haven’t installed anything else. What can I do?
Sadly we cannot support frontend editor of visual composer since I never found it to be reliable. Even for themes like Agile where we integrate with visual composer, we do not support frontend editor. As I said earlier, many popular themes like X do not guarantee the theme will work with frontend editor of VC and some of them explicitly disable frontend editing.

Sorry for not getting your query right – had some issues accessing the image you posted on my iPhone.
Just go to Visual Composer settings page in admin, click on ‘Role Manager’ tab and below Post Types, you should see an option to enable VC editor for Page sections.
I’ve activated. Now I see the button, but it’s not working as Visual composer, I only can see full of code and brackets. No “Visual composer” here.

The theme is not built with visual composer elements and built using shortcodes. What you are seeing is valid code that is part of a page section.

Yes it is very much possible. You will need some minor change to be done though to the theme – it requires you to look for relevant phone images online, replace the current one with the same and then using couple of lines of simple CSS to tweak the slider to adjust the slider to reflect changed dimensions of the phone. hi, its a very interesting and nice theme but frankly for beginners its quite difficult to make changes as compared to themes which have visual composer embedded in them, but that doesn’t matter too much. we want to use the icon made by us, is there a way to upload own icons and use them as that would make a lot of sense and be very helpful in explain the app features size of logo required for the header size of the videos that are embedded into the website
Glad you find the theme useful. If you need to use your own icon, you will need to customize the theme by modifying the icon-fonts.css and related font files located in the css/icon-fonts folder.
You can generate new icons using the icomoon app at https://icomoon.io/app/#/select. That will provide you with the required files to replace the existing ones. Hope this helps.

I guess you are referring to the internal links placed in the side menu. The side menu is for external pages and not internal links. If you do have internal links in the side menu, you will have to close the side menu after navigation which is not desirable.
For internal links, pls use the main menu – much easier to navigate and it has smooth scroll support which would be missing from side menu even if we did make it close on menu clicks.
