Hi! I am currently editing a client’s site with your theme and I’m trying to change the photo under the Meet the Team page. Every time I upload an image, it’s too small. I was wondering what are the dimensions for the image in order for it to fill up the space? Thank you so much!

If you look at these examples -> http://avada.theme-fusion.com/meet-the-team/ – you will see that the person shortcode will automatically fill the space of the container you add it to, in this case the first two are added to a 1/2 (half) column. Without knowing how large your container is, it may mean a larger image in terms of dimensions.

I had buy this templates because it is most popular template for wordpress and it seems like very easy editing for beginers. But it is not true. Edit and create of site is very dificult and edit options not intiutive. Never again ((((((((((

I am doing a theme check on the Avada theme 3.9.3, I found quite a few errors and was wondering do you guys follow the W3c standards and are you looking at correcting the errors.

We follow the W3C standard as close as we can, but it’s very hard to achieve a perfect report using their tools. If you run any other site through their tool, there’s a high chance it returns a number of errors as well.
Having said that, we’re always working on making Avada as compatible as possible, so if you do encounter any issues, please submit them via a support ticket so that a member of our team can take a look at this for you.

The option to set the letter spacing of the menu can be found in your Theme Options -> Typography -> Font Letter Spacing -> Menu Letter Spacing.

Hi, I have a problem:
The menu is working on FireFox, but not on IE I did took the mouse pointer on the upper menu and I discovered that the menu is actually there, but it like: white font on white background, and is on the left side.

would love to get some help, my site is about to open to the public, and this is very problematic for me.

Just a few questions, thanks!
1. Is there a way to remove the Hover border on the main menu?
2. I’d also like to change the hover color of the links only in the sublevels of the main menu (not background hover color).
3. I’d like to change the hover color of the secondary menu (not the background color when you hover) of the secondary menu.

You can remove the top border of the menu items by changing your Theme Options -> Menu -> Menu Options -> Main Menu Highlight Bar Size to “0”.
You can find the color options for the menu in your Theme Options -> Styling -> Main Menu Colors / Secondary Menu Colors. For anything that does not have an option, you will need to use custom CSS. We have a quick start guide for custom CSS here:

You can increase the number of featured image fields via your Theme Options -> Slideshows -> Posts Slideshow Images. If you change this value to 10, you have 10 featured image slots available.

You can do that in two areas and it depends on which one you’ve used. Check theme options > sidebars to see if you have global sidebars turned on for every page. If so, uncheck it.
Also check the individual page itself, edit it and look in the fusion options box, you’ll see the same “sidebar” tab that you can assign sidebars to that one page, you may have one assigned there.

I was not a big fan of this theme when first purchased.But I must say that after a year of updates, revisions and grandfathered lifetime support …. Okay all things considered this is one of the better themes in the Envato Market place. Why? They fully support their product, they keep it updated, and the documentation is practically idiot proof. I had to be fair and upgrade my rating

The only .PSD’s that we provide are for the original classic demo, all of the other demos that we have available do not have .PSD’s. This is because our demos are simply saved theme options, elements and custom page content and media

Hmm that is different then what we offer, although it’s a bit odd that the timeline portion does not link to other posts: http://d.pr/i/1k8OB But I think that is their intention for that.
You could setup a layout like that with one large post on the left, and smaller posts on the right. Here is an example just flipped: http://d.pr/i/1fYD0
But it is not a timeline feature in the sense of what that example you showed is trying to do (at least it seems). however the posts will update each new one you push out by date, or you can display them based off categories.

OK thank you. I do like the Avada travel demo but I require a template where I could include each tours itinerary in a timeline
i.e. 9.30 pick up 11.00 Exhibition 12.30 Lunch & coffee break 14.00 Excursion 16.30 Drop off at hotel
