A 500 is a generic HTML error so it doesn’t really say much, but WooCommerce is a memory hungry plugin and needs you to increase your WordPress PHP memory limit. First thing I’d recommend is trying to do that, here is WooCommerce’s official guide:

And then try checking https://mediatemple.net/community/products/dv/204644990/why-am-i-getting-a-500-internal-server-error-message to check the error log and see if that gives any clues.

Do your reviews literally only have an override score? I.e no criterias/nothing? If so, that is why, it’s something I am going to try to improve, but the way to get it to work is to instead of only using the override, is to create a review and set a single criteria score (With no title) this will result in the exact same visual output, but will register as a review for the widget too.

Bueno al menos con esas pruebas es bastante concreto que el modulo de estadisticas es el cupable. Yo tampoco soy un fan muy grande pero es el unico modulo de estadisticas gratis que comparte la info para themes, por eso lo e tenido que usar en mis themes.

A mi desde luego, después de probar infinidad de plugins de estadísticas, el de Jetpack me encanta, es el mejor con diferencia! Y además junto con Valenti funciona de maravilla. No sé, lo mismo les envío una consulta de soporte para ver si me pueden dar alguna solución. Muchas gracias Cubell!!!

That is a strange one, no one has ever reported that before! Could you try creating two new tags with regular latin characters (taga and tagb for example) and assign them to a few posts, then try making the module only show posts from taga to start, and then if that works, add tagb and see if that works and let me know.

Hello, dear Cubell! So, I did what you said and I found this: taga and tabs are work perfectly.

BUT! – when I use a number in the tag – it works as I described early.

so, taga1 and taga2 together in the one section shows just taga1.

Unfortunately, I need tags to organize interviews by years and just have no possibility to avoid using numbers. I need tags like en-interview-2012 and deutsch-interview-2012 together (

Oh I see! That is very interesting, I will test it too and need to investigate it deeper to find out what is going on, thanks for letting me know. Until then you will need to either use categories or specific tags without dates.

You can see a little preview of it on the description page here on Themeforest, and you can see how the homepage builder was in v3.0 update. It has improved a lot since (theme is not at v5.2), but the core system logic is still similar: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pt1BGEhquCY

And if you search through these comments, you’ll see that most users find the theme very logical and easy to use. Even people new to WordPress have said the same

The pagination and offset works absolutely fine in the theme, why do you think it doesn’t work? For example, if you look at this category: http://valenti.cubellthemes.com/category/videogames/ it is showing four posts in the grid, and then they don’t appear again below (the posts below have an automatic offset of 4).

no child theme, but how do i know im using the latest version? can i just upload all the files again over the old ones? whats the upgrade procedure?

checked its 5.2.2 ... just to reiterate the issue, the big site takeover ad shows up for a split second when the page loads and its tiny and in the center of the page along the top… then when the content of the site loads over it, you dont see it and instead the background is just all white…

There are quite a few events calendar plugins out there, if you have a site you can play around with, I recommend activating the default WordPress theme (TwentySixteen) and then installing some events calendar plugins and testing them. If you can get them to work the way you want in TwentySixteen, they’ll also work well in Valenti

Thanks for choosing Valenti, I won’t be able to help users without support anymore (Envato new rules means we the authors have to enforce them), so for anything else you will need to extend support – but it sounds like you have posts featured in the main grid and have the offset option enabled. Either unfeature the posts in the grid or disable the offset for the homepage and it’ll be fixed

Thanks for choosing Valenti. I’m quite confused by that though, because the theme is actually very fast.

You can run a speed test on the demo site and see it scores 87/100 for desktop:

If yours is slow, it means your setup has issues. Either you are using unoptimized images (not something the theme can help with), or you may not have a good cache plugin installed (I recommend W3 Total Cache).

Run your site on the pagespeed test to see why it’s running slow.

The Reason is that we are creating not just “News” and all that stuff. For example: We are writing about movies, so you write news about the movies. And we created CTA-Link to the page in which you can find ALL about the movie, like news, reviews, previews etc. Now, if you have 1000 movies, you can’t put them in as category nor post. Category will get overfilled fast so it will be a pain to find the right category while creating posts. And as posts, you can’t put in the specific contents (like a news slider to a single movie, a window with the review and so on), which we do as tags. So page is definitely the only possible thing here for us.
