I purchased your template, but the Registration and Write to Us page do not work. On Registration nothing happens when I click OK, and on the Write to Us page I get “Error when sending email.” I did the appropriate changes in the index.html file and the server.php file. Please help.

Hello, my advice is to download the video and add it to the template. using directly youtube or vimeo may works but, frame size adjustment is always an issue

Had a look into your forum and so far nothing worked ! Please could you provide with an accurate php code to solve this issue? - Change the <html lang="en"> to <html lang="fr">
- Try to replace
$message = htmlentities($message);by
$message = htmlentities($message, ENT_QUOTES, "UTF-8");

I have a problem with the servermailchimp.php. at the registration for newsletter subscription i changed action=”ajaxserver/serverfile.php to ajaxserver/servermailchimp.php and i changed the api and list id to the correct value. but if i put in an email adress and press go nothing happened.

Hi, issue with css not working correctly when i try to use the form input type password in any of the forms, all form fields change there style if we even put one password field in form.

Thank you for your interest but this is not an wordpress template but an HTML template. So to use it with wordress, you have to setup it a s a static page (it requires a few works in your side).
Hi, server-side validation (of empty fields) does not work in send_message_form or mail-subscription forms (which is a case especially on mobile where jscript client validation does not work).
Can you please provide steps and files responsible for return errors? Please note, I’ve enable server-side validation in .php files correctly but the return errors are not handled properly by your code.

Hello, an update was send, it should be available on themeforest in a few hours. To summarise it, a jquery form valdation was used, the main.css file was modified (the modification is at the bottom of the file) and the form_script.js file was updated. Again thank you for reporting this
I’ve updated all but now send_email_form (to mailchimp) does not work. It used to work. I sent you an email for info as well. Please advise on the fix. thanks
