I purchased this theme last November. I’m finally getting around to creating my new website and went to your Veented page to sign up for the support forum. I put in my Marketplace username and purchase code and I get a message that says a password will be emailed to me… but I get no emails from Veented at all. I’ve tried this twice and no emails are being sent to me with any password.

Unfortunately yes: Vimeo does not provide an advanced free API like YouTube does. Control buttons are only available for the second one.

I’m considering buying this theme, but i’d like to have some questions:
1 – I need to put the logo in the center of the menu, so:
a) There’s any easy setting to do that?
b) If not, is easy to customize it via CSS? Could you help in this process?
c) If not, there’s any option to show the menu only after scrolling down the fist ‘page’? Cause than I could hide the real menu in the first ‘page’, and put a centered single image in the top of the page, looking like a menu with the logo in the center.
2 – Is possible to customize a project inside page layout (portfolio) with Visual Composer as any other page, or there’s restrictions in project’s pages?

1. This feature does not come out of the box and it would indeed require some extra CSS tweaks. It’s more of a customization request and would be beyond the scope of our free support.
However, it is possible to make the header appear only after the first section of your page – just as you describe. You can check a live demo right here. 
2. But of course! You can use the Visual Composer to build the portfolio individual post content.

I’ve imported the demo contents successfully. after making the home9 as my default front page, I changed the theme skin into dark. after that another font and bg color issue mostly solved but the buttons in hover mode doesn’t working well, it’s became white (same as the font color) on hover and I need it red on mouse over / hover. thanks for your response.

As for the issue, please quickly check that your website.com/wp-content/themes/north/css/style-dynamic.php file is accessible. If you get a 500 or 404 page error then please contact your host provider, they will fix it for you in an instant.

hey Filip there have two main issue: 1. buttons are working well except firefox; 2. the SKILLs percentage bars doesn’t showing perfectly on desktop browsers, but if I use the site as in mobile responsive version, then it’s showing properly.
these is too late to respond, never mind worst service I ever get, you are not supporting instantly here nor in the support site you provided. When we seek any issue regarding web scripts / design then the seekers need instant reply, but you are provided the worst support, there are too many best sellers who are supporting instantly but you guys providing worst. thanking you ~sbiswas
there have too many issues, questions…but haven’t got any response, you just make a reply and became offline again and again, after your answer within few mins I reply but on that time you are not there to hear me / solve my issues. Two days ago, I both the template. I like it a lot, it is great job. Only, I got a problem with the slider. I used the home 7 (video slide) template. The video doesn’t work on phone and ipad and also I couldn’t change the fixed picture.

I just downloaded the North archive, and the \Plugins\Visual Composer\js_composer\changes.txt still shows vs 4.9.1.
I uploaded the entirety of the js_composer.zip to my plugins folder and when activated via plugins, it shows there is an update available and that its running 4.9.1. Any suggestions?

Please update the plugin via Appearance / Install Plugins. It seems that the person responsible for the update updated the .zip file in the /waxom/framework/plugins/lib/ folder (you can grab it from there) but forgot to update the one in the separate Plugins folder. I’m so sorry for that!
