Because we bought the Visual Composer and Revolution Slider plugins (Extended License) and integrate them into our theme. You don’t directly buy them. So, you can not use the license key which is included in the package to update these plugins. You can use them without activating the license key. If they release the new version, we will be careful to test and include the new plugin package into our theme. First, you go to Products > Attributes. You add the color attribute. Its slug has to be color http://prntscr.com/arb09j. Then, you go to the Products page. You add/edit a product. You assign the color attribute to your products http://prntscr.com/arb1fd. Finally, you add the TS – Product Filter By Color widget to the sidebar which is used for the shop/category page http://prntscr.com/arb2go.

Ok so I add the “Color” attribute then i go to one of my products and edit the product. Select the “Attributes” tab in the “Product Data” section, select “Color” option and click add. Then click on the “Add New” button and add a color, “Blue” as a value.

When I update the product, the color isn’t displayed in the filter bar section of my store. WHat can be the problem? Am I missing or doing something wrong?

Maybe, it is cached by WooCommerce. You go to WooCommerce > System Status > Tools tab. You click the Clear transients button as my screenshot http://prnt.sc/as2q8y. Thanks for your message. I tested the site in pingdom – it had a load time of 19.86 seconds on a New York server and 45.29 seconds on one from Amsterdam and I’m informed “Your website is slower than 96% of all tested websites”. I know it’s not my hosting as I run several websites from it and with the other themes I’ve used my website scores are in the late 80’s, and 90% GtMetix score and they load in 1-4 seconds. So it has to be your website and how it has been set up which makes it so slow. As I mentioned, I haven’t put any content on the site yet or my preferred plugins! As you suggested, I deleted Fastest cache and installed W3 cache but with the standard configuration settings, this has crashed the website. So I will submit a ticket. Thanks

Well, yes, I already was familiar with the Mulktisite, but i think its kind of hard to lear and can not do everithing i want. Like the Diferente databases of produtcts, or diferent homepages for diferent categories… But i will look into it and if i can manage it, im your next buyer.

To edit the top bar content, you go to Theme Options > Header tab. You find the Header Contact Information option and change its value.

The custom image icon only works with Mega menu. After enabling Mega menu, you will see the Set Thumbnail option as shown in my screenshot http://prntscr.com/anu7ec. You can also add the FontAwesome class into the CSS Classes (optional) field http://prntscr.com/anu992. If you don’t see the CSS Classes (optional) field, you will click on the Screen Options button on the top right corner. Then you find the CSS Classes option and check it http://prntscr.com/anu9rz.

If you want to remove all product labels (Hot, Sale, Sold Out), you can disable the Product Label option in Theme Options > Product Category tab, Theme Options > Product Details tab http://prntscr.com/ang2dr. In each product shortcode, you set the Show product label option to No.
