This theme is really great! However, you schould add more options to time table plugin included in this theme. It can’t even display half an hour! I will not pay extra $20 for that.

Hi Simon, This is me (discosourcedjs), I managed to get get in touch with my customer and get into the Themeforest account, which is, I think the only way you can solve this problem. You will need to login to Themeforest, re-download the latest version of the theme and fully upload again. The WP Bakery Visual Composer plugin is in the plugins folder within the theme folder.

Please just tell me, I am trying really hard to get into the support area but don’t remember the password, tried password reset but don’t know which email it went to. Like seriously at least 10 people in these comments have had this problem. It should not be so complicated thing to do. You should have a checkbox in the Theme Options for each of the questions and would save a ton of people a ton of time and frustration otherwise the Contact Form should be visible from the WordPress admin area, where the hell is it?

You need to download the newest version of theme, remove Visual Composer, make theme update and then theme will display notice to install Visual Composer, just follow screen instructions. More details here:

Hi, I am the developer for my customer who has purchased your theme. I cannot access the support area because right now my customer is unavailable and I need him to verify my login of the themeforest account even though I have the themeforst login details (yes … frustrating).
So here is my problem. I built the site a couple years ago, and recently we noticed the Visual Composer is not working anymore so the client cannot do updates by himself anymore. (After some investigation) I assume this is because WordPress has been updated but Visual Composer does not work with the latest version of WordPress.
I can’t just click update on the Visual Composer because it says I must go to the Canyon website and re-download it. But of course I never directly purchased this plugin as it came with your theme so I don’t have access to download the latest version of the plugin.
I have fully updated your theme to the latest version and yet it does not automatically update the Visual Composer so I’m kinda lost on what I should do.
Please tell me how I can update the WPBakery Visual Composer to the latest version.

Just noticed that my features and timetable pages are empty (the content exists in the editor but when previewing or viewing the published pages they are empty – only the logo, menu and the feature title is there). Should this be related to the fact that my support expired? I didn’t modified anything lately and my support period expired 22 days ago…
No, the support period doesn’t have anything common with theme functionality. Probably there is some php error on your site. Please check the server error log. Of course we can help with that but you’ll need to extend your support period and create new topic on our Support Forum.
I confirm; due to a php-update my current theme version became incompatible and caused the above issue. I forced it to use the previous version and will update the theme ASAP. Thank you for your support!
