1. If you mean on white page background, than yes, there is a option for that form page to page, and on global level. Also you can change background color on row itself.

Ok, 1- I tried the options for background color from page to page in fields of: Select general, Select header and Select title but nothing happens… is it me or some bug?
2 – I have much bigger images to open but GRAFIK scales them to size of your examples. Is it possible to open REAL image size that are much bigger for ex 2000×1000px?

1. Yes, we’ll report this to our developers so it can be corrected for the next theme update. For the moment, you can use this css in Select Options -> General – > Custom CSS field:
.single-portfolio-item .qodef-container {
background-color: transparent;
}then you can apply your desired color in Portfolio -> each portfolio item -> Select General -> Page background color.
2. You can enable lightbox for your images in Select Options -> Portfolio -> Portfolio Single, than the bigger images will open on click. The max size depends on the settings you set in Settings -> Media -> Large size.

Border style and border color in Design options of inserted YOUTube video in Video player element dont save changes too.
Note please that this is the default Visual Composer’s element. But as we just checked it, it’s working fine.

I have the updated version of the theme, have cleared my cache, but I can not use Visual Composer, because it states I don’t have a license. I have deactivated it, deleted and reinstalled it, but I keep getting the 4.1.1 version. The recommendation notification states that I need at a minimum, the 4.9 version.
My apologies. I read the version incorrectly. The version that’s being installed is 4.11.2.1.

Based on what you described it looks that you still have those errors for the incompatibility with latest WordPress version.
Please make sure you’ve updated to the latest released Grafik 1.3.1, and VC 4.11.2.1 and you have to clear all the cache after.
Then it should be all correct, it’s tested and stable with WP 4.5+

Hi, We insert ROW, add mp4 video in ROWs BACKGROUND + some SPACE ELEMENT to give some height to it. Background video works just fine on PC but not on mobile phones. What is the problem?! Thanks

By default when you set video as a row background, it’s replaces with image on mobile.
In order to have video on mobiles, you can use Revolution Slider, or Video Player element from Visual Composer, or simply by pasting the url to your video in content editor.

New update of the theme contains VC which works fine with WP 4.5. Please update theme first to the latest version, then update included Visual Composer, following instructions below :
After you have updated the theme, deactivate and then delete the visual composer plugin. Then you should see a notice at the top of your dashboard that a required plugin needs to be installed. Install the new version of VC via this notice and you will receive the updated version. You should also empty your browser cache after you update Visual Composer.

1. Yes, buttons can be styled to your desired style.

The catch is in the “way of theme UPDATE.” Its should NOT be just overwritten with new files but deleted completely from GRAFIK folder in “public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/grafik” and THEN installed again with updated theme files. That will bring out the update requests of required plugins… After this workflow everything works fine. Even page contents are preserved… Hope this helps to others.

Blue background is on the row itself, row has to columns. In both columns are ‘Elements Holder’ shortcodes. In the left element holder is content, and on the right element holder is background.

Title font is from appropriate heading tag used (h4) most likely, and you set that one in Select Options -> Fonts.

We are updating all our themes. Please be patient, all themes will be updated today.
There is temporary FIX FOR WP 4.5 – The new jQuery Version ( wp-includes/js/jquery ) in WP 4.5 causes the issue. Till to the update from Code you can copy the old jQuery folder into wp-includes/js folder. Than everything works fine. Regards

There is problem with latest jQuery included in WP 4.5. We are working on fix now and we will update all our themes.
Temporary fix is to copy the old jQuery folder (from previous version of WP) into wp-includes/js folder.

If you have, you have got this Portfolio Metro page as well (you can find it in Pages section in your WP admin http://screencast.com/t/29tVuPQVAG83 ), so you can set it as your frontpage in Settings -> Reading.
