Actually a notifier is working but if your server allowing remote file operation, server to server.
And Envato Toolkit plugin is a good choice to keep your Envato Market products up date and taking backup option before processing on your dashboard.

The plugins and the content that you use on your page may cause that. You should consider the deactivate the unused plugins.
And not all the has same features, if you need more lighter one, Visual Composer and Revolutions slider could be disabled, Master Slider could be still in use.

MySQL have limitation for size of data, you can Change your max_allowed_packet by using
SET GLOBAL max_allowed_packet=524288000;
Or you can contact with your hosting provider.

What is your ticket ID, and how old is your ticket? Besides, please consider to update your theme to latest available version, and when asked to update bundled plugins by auto updater, first deactivate that plugins and activate back once update process complete.

Yes I do, the VC version is 4.10.
The VC team is already aware of the problem and said they fixed it and are now pushing the update to envato.
“Dear All, Visual Composer team has ensured full compatibility with WP 4.5 and updated Visual Composer. We are waiting for Envato side to approve update…If you have received VC bundled within a theme you should also inform your theme author that they will need to update their VC versions and push updates to you via theme.”

SERIOUS OVERSIGHT in the mobile design. Hi, we bought this theme, and we love the style and feel of the design, but can we point out something which is a design flaw? When you look at the site on a mobile phone, the MENU’ is to the right of the logo, shown as 3 bars. As developers, we know this will be the MENU, but your average visitor most likely will not. Even if only 50% do not realize this is where the navigation can be found, it is a serious issue, and in the world of Mobile, where bounce rates are high, this needs to be looked at. One of the best selling themes of all time on Theme Forest (KARMA) places the words ‘MAIN MENU’ to the left of the 3 bars. This seems a simple but extremely effective solution. Can you please add this simple fix? and issue an update with it? We have noticed a very high Bounce Rate on your theme by users arriving on smart phones, and we are sure this is largely to blame, as the user cannot find out how to navigate.

The mobile menu can be set both side. The best seller of entire market is Avada theme even set the menu on the right so at this point calling it design flaw would be a mistake. Millions of website using the menu on the right. I’ve seen the argument of the right being more user-friendly because when you’re grabbing the phone with your right hand, it’s easier to reach the menu.
Aprox. 67% of users use the right thumb (so that means the right hand) and in several studies have proved that the screen area is more difficult to reach with this hand posture is the top-left one. Something that you can see properly in this image from the LukeW’s book Web Form Design

Why do we need to submit a ticket? It is a simple question. Can the the words ‘MAIN MENU’ be placed next to the 3 bar navigation icon on the mobile version, so visitors can know where to find the navigation? Yes or No?
See include/primary-menu.php div.menu-button element. You can always use Firebug on Firefox or Inspector on Google Chrome to see which element has to be edited.
