Confirming WP 4.5 completely broke the site I am working on. All my pages are using the fullscreen element right below the header and it appears to not show up. What is happening is the content below the fullscreen section is appearing on top of it, meaning there is some sort of height issue going on with the fullscreen sections. Also, not sure if related but could be, the logos are also not showing up in the header / menu area and the fixed menu will not scroll anymore for some reason. The last two might possibly be another issue separately, but something’s definitely broken with Visual Composer or the theme.
It’s really odd… I had a setup with logo-center and it was working fine for the past 3 weeks. Now the logo will not show because of #header.logo-center:not(.mobile) #logo { display:none }, although absolutely nothing was changed…

I purchased several copies of this template and have noticed today that some of the page content stopped loading fully. Everything worked fine yesterday and now today issues with elements not loading or working.

We’re sorry but this theme has no PSD file included in the download package since almost of graphics in demo sites have never be modified or retouched.

Hi i have problem with Envato toolkit, i generate API key, correct username and i haven’t got Themes tab. I wait 30minutes.
On github they said that toolkit from your documentation is no longer supported. I have problem with your theme from 4 days. I’m really desapionted with your support.
We’re sorry but we usually update the theme manually and we recommend you to do so. If your host has cPanel or any web file manager, you can easily update the theme by following the steps below:
1. Open your web file manager. 2. Upload your theme file Vela.zip to "wp-content/themes/". 3. Extract this zip file to replace the old Vela folder.
Also, we will update our documentation to add a new plugin instead of Envato Toolkit plugin.

Sorry for my late reply! I just visited your site but I can see only 1 warning that is a Google Maps API key warning. This warning show up since Google update Google Maps API. This is just a warning and it currently still is not required so you can normally use Google Maps on your site.
However, we will add an option to add your own Google API key in the future update, so this warning will disappear.
Regarding the mobile navigation issue, the mobile navigation is working fine on our demo sites. I suppose there is a plugin conflict on your site. You should deactivate other plugins one by one to see if it works (I guess disabling “Page Scroll to ID” plugin will solve this issue).

We will add page scroll to ID script to the next update of this theme so it will work without using another plugin.
Regarding the second issue, I suppose this is an issue with URL rewrite rules. Try re-generating URL rewrite rules by navigating to Settings -> Permalinks, select Post name and save changes.

When a new update has been released, you will receive an notification email to let you know there is a new update available for your theme.
However, even you install Envato Toolkit plugin, your site will not automatically download an update for you. You need to click on the link to download and install this update. See more on how to update the theme in our documentation.
Regarding the Page Scroll to ID script, when you click on any link in menu items that has an anchor (#anchor), the page will scroll to the target anchor automatically.
Also, I just visited your site but the preloader doesn’t hide after the page load. Seems like you have modified the footer in your child theme. In the latest update, we moved the preloader from the footer to the header so you should remove the preloader DIV from your footer to fix this issue. Please see the footer.php in the latest update of the theme.

Unfortunately, now we have no option to choose the format of number in counter box. It’s too difficult to modify JS code since they are compressed. We will add a new option for you to choose the number format in the next update.

You should select “Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives” in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Display -> Add to cart behaviour so the page won’t reload when adding an item to the cart.
You can show all products only on shop archive page so you should set your home page as a shop page in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Display -> Shop Page. Also, go to Theme Options -> WooCommerce, enter -1 in Number of Products per Page to show all products.
Regarding the issue with Theme Options, We’ve never seen this issue before. Please send us your admin login credentials through a private message -> http://themeforest.net/user/wyde#contact so we can access your WP admin to investigate this issue.

I’ve tried updating your settings in Theme Options but it doesn’t work. It seems like your host has PHP configuration limits that are set too low to complete the process. You should increase the PHP limits on your host. You can do this on your own by editing the file php.ini, or contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:
max_execution_time 600 memory_limit 128M post_max_size 32M upload_max_filesize 32M max_input_vars 5000
Also, I’ve tried updating your page but nothing was changed. I suppose this is an issue with Visual Composer plugin so I’ve also tried to update this plugin for you but your site doesn’t allow me to upload it because the size larger than the maximum size in your host configurations. Please update the theme and the Visual Composer plugin to see if it works.

We suppose this is a server issue since it’s working fine on our sites. We have also tried on other sites and all work fine. Please make sure you have increased all limits as we provided because there is no “max_input_vars 5000” in your screenshot.

If you can’t find it in php.ini, you can add it into a new line.

As I’ve mentioned, I’ve tried many ways and many times on your host but it still doesn’t work. This theme uses Redux Framework plugin ( https://reduxframework.com/ ) for creating Theme Options panel as many other themes on the market, it works fine on other sites so far. I suppose this is a server issue since I’ve never seen this issue on any other site. Maybe, your host doesn’t suppose some features from this plugin. Try it on your localhost or another host to see if it works.

I currently have a homepage banner that is one image and some text that I would like to fill up the entire screen. Currently I am doing that using the slider revolution plugin. However, this is causing a conflict with some of the other page content and making my site not load certain elements.
Is there a way I could have one image on the homepage, with text over it, that fills up the entire screen and is responsive without using slider revolution plugin?

This theme comes with Full Screen section. Add a row to the page, edit the row settings, change the Content Height option to Full Screen so you will have a full screen section

Hi, I have searched through previous comments but can’t seem to find a solution to my problem.
Sporadically I have a ‘http error’ occur when I try to upload images in the media library. The files are correct size and compressed jpg so there shouldn’t be any problems. Some images just won’t upload after many attempts. Any ideas or tips?

Please make sure there is no invalid character in your image name. Also, if you have other plugins on your site, please deactivate them one by one to see if it works.

We’ve never seen this issue before.
Try deactivating your plugins one by one to see if it works.
If you couldn’t access your WP admin, please open your FTP or web file manager on your host, go to “wp-content/plugins/”. Delete the folder “revslider” from your host. And then see your live site, if it still doesn’t work, go to “wp-content/themes/” and delete “Vela” theme folder to see if it works.
If it still doesn’t work, I suppose this is a server issue, you should contact your host to ask them why you couldn’t access your site.
Just checked the error log (as I can’t access the admin either) and found this:

Is there a way to remove the slide down effect the top navigation and sticky navigation does? The effect you get when you scroll down and up a page and how the main navigation slides up/down as it transitions to full header to sticky.
Is there a way to have the navigation simply appear instead of slide up and down.

I updated the theme and added the css you supplied but that did not seem to solve it. I am still getting the slide up and down effect with the navigation and would rather it be static instead of the transition effect.

I was wondering if it is possible to make a full sized banners with your theme? Currently I am using the banner plugin included with your theme. On large displays it fills up the entire screen nicely. But, on smaller displays, such as mobile devices, it only fills up half or less of the screen and cuts off parts of the text.

If you would like to create a full screen slider, please make sure the slider layout you selected in slider settings is Full-Screen, see more -> https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-setup/#slidelayout
When you select the Full-Screen for your slider layout, it will automatically fill to fit the browser width and height on both desktop and mobile.
Also, you can enable Custom Grid sizes so you can set different styles (such as varying font-sizes) for each screen.
