But you can use default WordPress’s search widget, that way search input field will be initially shown, and just to apply some css styles to make it look nicer (our support team can help with css)

We have optimize our theme on code side, but still test results are depending on content also, for ex, you need to optimize your images…

Regarding gif images, we didn’t disable or extend any WordpPress functionality, so it means gif is supported.
