Where can I get a full list of the Flora Icons? My client wants the blockquote icon reversed and need the alternate code for \e807

The Flora icons set includes only 110 icons as you can see when you choose the Flora set in the iconpicker, we have no the reverse version of the blockquote. You should use the CSS transform to flip this icon instead. You can see the full list in “css/icons.css”.

This is a bug with the Single Image element, this issue has been fixed in the recent updates of this theme. Please update the theme to fix it.

Hi, sorry for disturb you with this issues, but we are finishing the website. Any question, how i can remove the checklist of the bullets lists on the home and put only the classic disc for the bullets?

We tried to alter all the CSS but can’t find where are taken the checklist. Thanks

In order to replace the checklist icon with the classic disc, please add the custom CSS below to style.css in your child theme:

.w-text-block ul li{
list-style: disc;
}

display:none;

Hello There Since WP 4.5 update which forced me to update to your last version of theme i have a problem, there is an infinite loading on the next elements to load. Check it here : http://cpc.cx/fk7 The first elements come easily but the others still try to load.

Try updating your permalinks settings to see if it works. Navigate to Settings -> Permalinks, then save changes.

Also, if you have other plugins, please deactivate them one by one to see if it works.

From one day to the other we are not able to choose any Tag Taxonomies in Portfolio Grids any more. The input field shows a loading wheel forever, but does not make any suggestions to choose from.

I recently updated to the latest version, maybe that is an issue too.

Hi there, I love my new theme. But I’m having troubles with it on mobile and tablet. It either: takes a really long time to load and just stays on the spinning yellow dots. Or it comes up with an error on the slider

I had it installed by a person through Envato studios and i asked him to fix it and it worked, but then it’s just happening again. Plus i don’t know what he did to fix it. Could you please advise what needs to be done.

Secondly do you have any tips on how to upload the updates? A page that tells me exactly what to do. As I had someone else do it – i’m not sure how to do it and don’t want to ruin it.

If you have any other tips for how to adapt your template i’d be happy to hear.

I just visited your website, I see you have some images that are too large especially the one at the bottom (in the section “Who I’ve Helped”), it can take a long time to load when you have the large file size of images on your website.

Please edit your home page as follows:
1. Edit your home page.
2. Edit that image (at the bottom).
3. Change the Image Size option to Large (640x640). 

Also, try turning off “Preload Images” option in Theme Options -> General so the page loader will show up with just a few seconds.

Regarding the theme updating, there are many ways to update the theme as below:

Update via WordPress

1. You need to deactivate the current “Flora” theme in the “Appearance > themes” section by simply activating a different theme. Once you activate a different theme, you can delete the Flora theme. Don’t worry, your content will not be lost.

2. Then simply upload the “flora.zip” file in the “Appearance > themes” section. Once it finishes uploading, choose to activate the theme.

3. Lastly, update the included plugins.

Update via FTP

1. Go to “/wp-content/themes” location and backup your “flora” theme folder by saving it to your computer, or you can choose to simply delete it. Your content will not be lost.

2. Download a fresh copy from ThemeForest, unzip the “flora.zip” file.

3. Upload the extracted “flora” theme folder into ”/wp-content/themes/” in your wordpress installation.

4. Lastly, update the included plugins.

Also, if you have web file manager on your host. We recommend this way and we usually use this way to update the theme.

1. Open your web file manager on your host.

2. Upload flora.zip to “wp-content/themes/”.

3. You can backup the old flora folder if you’d like.

4. Extract the flora.zip to replace the old flora folder.

Ok, last update it was not included. So now I have changed the code in your vc_single_image.php in line 98 like this:

echo '<a><div style="background-image:url(\''.$img[0].'\')" /></a>'

I guess it didn´t work because you set the link inside the div? So now I also surrounded the div with it :) its not really the best solution for html because its twice the link now, but it works for me so far..

ps: grrrr it doesnt show my code correct..

Sorry but the link (A tag) can only contains inline elements. DIV is a block element so it can’t be inside “A” as you can see there are duplicated links when you add DIV inside an “A” element.

We’re looking into this to find the best solution and this issue will be fixed in the next update.

Hi, ever since I updated to the latest version of WordPress last week, my website is not not loading – http://www.bekonstructivemarketing.com.au/. I can still access the WP dashboard and all of the content is still there and I can see it if I preview it, but from the front end, the website will not load, it just has the little green pac man loading symbol.

Is there any Tabs element on this page? I suppose this is an issue with the Tabs element. The current version of Visual Composer plugin has an issue with the Tabs element on WP 4.5, when you have this element on the page, you will have the script error that causes other elements couldn’t work properly. We’re waiting for a new update from Visual Composer plugin to add it into the next update of the theme.

The first issue: You can update the theme to fix this issue.

Regarding the error 404, the browser couldn’t load the background image in the slider, you should edit your slider to replace the background image with yours.

Your featured images will be cropped to fit within the blog posts layout and portfolio grid layout. Your images should be larger than 960×960px so they will fit properly in the layout.

When someone sends you a message through a contact form in your website, it will send an email to the receiver address that you have set in the contact form settings.

You can change the mail settings by editing the contact forms in Contact page on your admin page one by one. Select the Mail tab, enter your email address (receiver) into the “To” field and input the sender email address (e.g. wordpress@yourdomain.com) to the From field, see more on setting up the mail -> http://contactform7.com/setting-up-mail/

Hi, I recently tried to do some updates to my site and it isn’t loading. I swapped themes and tried and get some content but it obviously looks a mess since not all of the layout can carry across themes. If you just updated your WordPress site to 4.5, you should also update the theme to the latest update (1.2.6) that is compatible with WP 4.5.

Also, the content and layout that have been created from this theme couldn’t display in another theme since they are custom shortcodes from this theme and they can only work in this theme.

Hi, it seems the there’s issue with the theme option and media upload.

1. It shows “there was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page” when we click to “save changes”.

2. It takes longer time to upload a file / jpeg. And error happen, which in fact, it has been uploaded.

1. I suppose this is a server issue. Sounds like your host has low PHP configuration limits. You should increase the PHP limits on your host. You can do this on your own by editing the file php.ini, or contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:

max_execution_time 180
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 64M
upload_max_filesize 64M

2. As the first answer, sounds like your image file size is larger than the maximum size in your server configuration limits. You should increase those limits.

Hi Wyde, the lastest version of your theme come with a version of VC that is incompatible currently with one of my plugin and so i can not edit any page in back end. Could it be possible to have a copy of the old VC ? Regards.

I just need 4.11.1 because currently i cant do anything on my pages. I know the new version should be overally better, but not for me. Please.

Do you have any recent updates of Flora theme or Vela theme? If you have one, you can extract the theme zip file so you will see this plugin is included in “inc/plugins/”. I have just updated my theme with your latest version. However, I still am unable to update WPBakery Visual Composer. I am getting the message ‘To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer.’

But when I visit settings, I get the message ‘You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.’

- Please use child theme when you would like to modify the theme, install and activate flora-child-theme.zip that is included in the main download package.
-Upload your font files to "wp-content/themes/flora-child-theme/fonts/".
-Navigate to Appearance -> Editor to edit Flora Child theme.
-Add the custom CSS below to style.css:

4. You can set the background image for the column container of the Action Box, the image size should be larger than the column width so it will fit properly within the column.
