Hi, how come when we go to Edge Options -> General -> Page Background Color ..and change the color but it will not publish that color to any of the pages? We can do this within individual pages but not the main general setting page? Seems like the theme does not let you preview changes either. You need to Publish for changes to take effect. We’ve never had any of these issues with other themes. Thanks..Brad

We’ve just checked this option, and it works correctly. Note that if you have set it individually in Page options, that will override this default option from Edge options -> General.
But if you didn’t set it in page options, this general one will work. If you still can’t get it to apply, please submit a private ticket to https://edge.ticksy.com , with a link to your site and WP admin access so we can inspect this.
And yes, it’s necessary to save/publish changes, in order to see them on site.

When you add Contact Form 7 element from Visual Composer to the content of some page, you choose a custom style you want to be applied to it, for example Custom Style 2.
Then in Edge Options -> Contact Form 7, under Custom Style 2 , you should set the styles for that form.
Those settings should work properly. If you still can’t get them right, submit a ticket to our support at https://edge.ticksy.com , with WP login information, and our support will check this.

Yeah I was trying to reset the pages because I created multiple copies of duplicates of the sample content then i deleted the sample content in hopes of downloading them again once and now I can’t get the pages back.. I try uploading the content and I don’t see the sample content anymore.

Ok, thanks, I was able to adjust the header size, but now I am noticing that the header size is larger in the standard header, than it is when FULL WIDTH HEADER is selected? Why is that and how do I adjust it to match?

There is separated fields for standard header and full width header height in admin > Edge Options > Header panel, you just need to set it too.

Hi just purchased and installed them theme but I hit a snag when importing the dummy content. I choose Node, All, Yes, and then click import. First time it was stuck at 50%, tried again and it was stuck at 80%, tried again and I cant get it to move at all. I have tried resetting the settings. Do I need to reinstall the whole thing?

For that page, we’ve used Landing Page template – that excludes header and footer. So you should create your own page using this template, with desired content http://screencast.com/t/jrUY9IaT7e
and then set it to be your front page in Settings -> Reading, while you’re working on your site.
When it comes to logo size, the original logo image you upload will be shown twice smaller on site, due to compatibility with retina displays. So, if you upload photo that’s 200×100px, it will be shown as 100×50px. Also note that max height is restricted by header height you set in Edge Options -> Header. So you should upload twice bigger original photo than what you want it displayed on site, and set appropriate header height.

We bought extended licence for the included plugins (Visual Composer and Revolution Slider). We will provide updates of the plugin with the theme updates, as we are not allowed to share extended license key we had to purchase in order to include plugin with the theme. Your plugin is legal and ready to be used as soon as your install/activate the plugin upon theme installation.
You can ignore the messages for further activation you’ve got in your admin area.

3. Yes, in Edge Options -> Header, you can enable Top Bar, and then add the content for it in Appearance -> Widgets -> Top Bar Left/Center/Right widget areas.

Here are the installation guides:
After downloading the Node installation file from ThemeForest, extract it and in the extracted folder locate the node.zip file. You can then install the Node theme using one of the two following installation methods:
1.WordPress upload – For most users, this is probably the simplest installation method. To install the Node theme using this method, please follow these steps:
Login to your WordPress admin panel
Navigate to Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme
Click on Choose File and select node.zip
Click on Install Now
2.FTP upload – If you would like to install the Node theme via FTP, please follow these steps:
Extract the node.zip file you previously located. You should now see a folder named node
Using an FTP client, login to the server where your WordPress website is hosted
Using an FTP client, navigate to the /wp-content/themes/ directory under your WordPress website’s root directory
Using an FTP client, upload the previously extracted node folder to the themes directory on your remote server
Once the installation is complete, your Node theme will be ready for use. Now all you need to do is navigate to Appearance > Themes and activate the Node theme. After you have done this, you should see Edge Options appear in the left navigation bar of your WordPress admin panel.

This could be caused by very low memory_limit parameter of your server. You should try to increase that one, or ask your host about it.

Tried uploading this site various times and kept crashing. Tried via FTP and through WP interface. Kept giving the error: wp-content/themes/node/framework/lib/edgt.layout.inc on line 2848 . Finally, asked hosting company to look into it and they confirmed the sever was Php version is 5.5.33 and then stated that the theme was crippling the WP 4.5 install. Please advise.
