Hi, I am struggling with the theme I purchased from you and slowly make my way through. There is one thing I cannot find the anwer to though. The question is: If and how can I add a full width, horizontal picture into the page? I mean a sort of banner on the top just below the menu bar. Or any larger picture that would act as an introduction to the text.

3- Select “Normal” for the page style
4- Select “Grid” for the content width.
5- Add an image to the page content before any text
6- Add your text.

I want to ask you about the responsive aspect of your theme. I´ve been trying your theme on these emulators: http://mobiletest.me/samsung_galaxy_y_emulator/?u=http://codesymbol.com/themes/uno/dark/and I´ve found that it´s not responsive on Samsung Galaxy: the menu is not completly shown, so the user can access only to the first four items in the menu and, it is the same with my web, because I have more than four. This is a very common device and it is very important to solve it.
I´ve already bought your them and I need a solution for this.

The theme doesn’t support this feature. The images link to a lightbox or a new window or it can be switched off.

we use masonry grid for our portfolio. When you hover over a thumbnail you can see the titles of the projects and the categories. Clicking a category leads to an overview of all projects belonging to this category. However, on our category overview you can’t see any thumbnails or read titles. Could you please have a look?

Hello,
Projects category page use a grid layout to show the thumbnails.
You need to go to each project and upload a thumbnail at “Project Thumbnail (Grid Layout)” field. Make sure all the images have the same dimensions. i.e: 250×250, 300×300.

Hello! I’ve purchased your uno theme some months ago…I really like it, thanks for the nice theme. There’s a problem which I hope you can help me with concering the galleries. The galleries are programmed so if you click one picture it enlarges and you can click through all the pictures that are shown as “thumbnails” in the gallery. I’d like to open/enlarge a series of other pictures that belong to the thumbnail of the gallery (just the same way it works now, only that there are different pictures in the enlarged overlay slideshow than in the gallery)...basically i want to use the gallery-pictures as thumbnails that refer to a series of pictures if you click on it. I already explored the album-function, but that’s not working for me. Sorry if it’s confusing…i hope you can help me out? My featured image is turning out extremely large in the posts. How do I reduce the size? Or instead keep the featured image since it links directly to the “latests blog post page” but remove it from the post itself.

You can use an image/video/slideshow instead of the featured image in the post itself.
Open the post in WordPress, find “Detail Media Options” in “Post Settings” section, choose “Post Detail Type” the way you want and save any changes you make.

This does not solve the issue that I have…. If I remove the featured image it removes it from the “latest blog posts page ( the page where all my posts are consolidated for the user). The “detail media options” does not link directly to the latest blog posts page either. What I need is for an image to link to the “latest blog post page” but not actually appear in the blog post itself. How do you do that?

Hello. I just purchased this theme recently, and am generally pleased with the functionality.
I do have a couple of issues I am not able to resolve with the provided documentation:
1. I cannot locate how to customize where the logo links to using the child-theme properly. — I successfully edited the cs-header.php so that the url echoed in the /* Header Logo section links to what I chose as my inside home page, however even when copying the entire Includes folder to the child, and the header.php for good measure, it doesn’t work. I’d rather this change be in the child. How can I make that happen please?
2. Even when setting Menu items to open in a new window through WordPress’s inbuilt “Link Target” checkbox for menu items, no links in my menu will open in a new window. I just bought this so don’t know if it’s a current WP conflict. Please advise, it’s fairly important.
3. Small thing — the recaptcha field will not size properly (hiding the overflow somewhere?), and I can’t suss if it is one of your functions or Google’s but I can’t get it to over-ride.

OK. Also with that next update you should fix awesome the fact that it loads truly poorly on mobile. The landing page option in particular, but in general even, the responsive behaviour leaves much to be desired. I should have checked that out before purchasing. I’ll have to use another theme in the meanwhile. Regardless, please address. Thanks.

My boss just purchased UNO theme. I would like to make a site simillar to this
http://codesymbol.com/themes/uno/light/here are my questions - UNO is installed in WP multisite in WP engine, there are 3 required plugins, I have installed the 2 plugins but when I try to install the 3rd plugin (UNO – CUSTOM POST TYPES) it says I dont have permission to do it. That package is pre-packaged. The two successfull installations came from the wp repository. Can you help me on this?
- The frontpage has a slider. How to enable this?
- When I try to visit the admin and on the page settings I dont see the option to choose a page template. Is it disabled for your theme? I want to create a custom page.

- Make sure you are using WordPress as an admin user,
- Once you install the 3rd plugin. You’ll be able to create a slider just like in the front page. It’s explained well in the documentation.

My theme is installed since 4 months, it works great, but I still have important SEO issues. It seems that SEO modules are not working.
When google robots refresh my website, I never get the title and description I wrote in your modules. The problem is not only for the website mainpage (in your theme options), but for all the others (in the SEO part of each page).
Google shows the text that appears in my articles, or the titles of my pictures… but that’s not what I wish.
Can you help me ? Thank you
