Love the look of the theme and have two questions before buying:
(1) Can I set it up so that all content is not visible until the user logs in? We want an intranet that’s available online but which displays nothing aside from the login screen to anyone not logged in.
(2) Can news/wiki items be added from the front end, or must a user be logged into the backend to do that?

1. Alliance theme allows you to activate the features which let logged in users to check your website. Nobody else has a chance to see your website content. 2. Unfortunately there is no special option for such a feature to be implemented. Thank you the idea. We will add it in our document with feature requests.
I have an urgent inquiry, is this template really only compatible with Wordpress 4.4? The current Wordpress build is 4.5.3, and we were set on using this template. Do you plan to update this template to be compatible with Wordpress 4.5.3 any time soon? Unfortunately there is no any special functionality to use ticket system. In order to integrate such kind of option you should use third party plugins. Please be aware that we can not guarantee that third party development will work correctly with our theme.

I bought the theme “alliance” but I have a problem with the installation, I uploaded the .zip alliance but it throws a 500 error. Tried to upload the theme manually and for the platform wordpress and I have not been lucky. Permits were checked and are the same with the default themes wordpress.
How can you help me with this?

I recently updated my systems to PHP 5.6 and have discovered that the Alliance theme is not compatible. Are you working on an update to resolve this or am I going to have to stick with PHP 5.4 just for the Alliance theme? Would really like to see an update to resolve this issue. I also believe that the theme is having compatibility issues with WordPress 4.5 due to Visual Composer.

The theme is fully compatible with PHP 5.6 and with the latest version of Wordpress. Just make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme. It includes Visual Composer version compatible with the last WP. As soon as you install the latest theme version, deactivate/delete WPBakery Visual Composer in Plugins, then follow the prompt at the top to install the recommended plugin Visual Composer.

I would like some more information regarding to this theme package:
- Our Intranet is looking to change the language of the labels with a click of a button, is there anything in the package that will cater this function? If not, which plugin do you recommened for this?

The logo is replaced in admin panel -> Theme Options. 2) The theme was not tested with qTranslate – we cannot guarantee theme full compatibility with all the third party plugins. But you can try using it as many our customers are already utilizing it.

The menu is not working. I simply have no idea why the menu is nor working. It worked just fine and now it is not working.
So there is a glitch between your theme and the next gen gallery plugin … when the plugin is activated the menus don’t work. Do you have any suggestions for what plugin to use for galleries?

Interested in buying this, but wondering, does this allow members of the Intranet to send live messages/chat? All I see in the demo is the ability to send emails. But would be nice if live chat messages could be sent.

This looks like a seriously good theme, very much aligned with our purpose. Some pre-purchase questions:
1. I can see few charts and graphs in the dashboard. Are these chart user generated? I mean are they populated dynamically using people’s profile field inputs from buddy press theme? If not, how do we get the inputs? 2. Do you guys provide dummy content if I make this purchase? It would be great to have an exact clone of content of the demo app you guys have given. 3. From buddy press does the notification go to users? 4. Is it possible to mix and mash between the styles of dashboard, or do we have to choose just one? 5. Can we add/delete modify items/icons from the left bar menu? 6. In the buddy press members tab, is it possible to add point based system like myCRED, and filter/sort using user points?

We will be glad to address all your questions and doubts: 1) All the values you see in charts (like on page http://alliance.themerex.net/infographic-elements/) are entered in the shortcode settings with a user-friendly Visual Composer. They are not generated dynamically. 2) Dummy data is included, you will be able to make the site look exactly as the demo with one click. 3) The notifications are seen in the user profile: http://alliance.themerex.net/members/user/notifications/ 4) You can easily change (add/remove) elements of the page (dashboard style) in the backend/frontend editor. They are not fixed. Feel free to apply them to any new page you create, as well. 5) The menu items with icons are managed as you usually do in Appearance -> Menus. You can add/delete items there. 6) Additional customization of the plugin files is required for the point-based system. Best regards

When the user logs in, he will be able to see his profile page (notifications, messages, friends, files, etc.) – the default user page created with Buddypress plugin: http://alliance.themerex.net/members/user/profile/edit/group/1/. If you want to create a custom page which content will be different depending on the user – this requires using one of Wordpress plugins, as it is not included in the theme functionality. I just purchased the theme and I have 2 questions:
1. it doesn’t allow me to download the dummy data- it gives me the error 405 not allowed
2. I want the entire site to be accessible ONLY for registered users. This is the link the template is set up http://wholehealthpharmacy.ca/intranet/ and I would like when someone come to this link to have a login access and only after signing up with a user name and password could the site content be available. Can you guide me how to set that up?Ok, Just an update – I was able to upload the dummy data, and I installed the Simple Members Only plugin to make the entire site accessible for members only. My question is – now if a user is logged in they have access to the entire dashboard and I really don’t want that … I would like to have only 2-3 users who would have full access to the dashboard, and the rest of them just to read – I really don’t want everyone to have access to the full dashboard … how can I achieve that?
