To translate/rename theme strings, you can do this via Loco Translate plugin. If you don’t have this plugin, please install and activate it in your WordPress site.
1. Then go to Loco Translate > Manage Translations
2. Click “New Language” for the current active theme (if you didn’t created it yet, otherwise ignore this step). On the new language page, choose these options – click here http://d.pr/i/1ewoc
3. After that you will be redirected to the editing screen for theme translations. Before you continue make sure this is true – click here http://d.pr/i/18h0w
4. Follow these instructions to learn how to translate strings – http://d.pr/i/1jsek
5. The changes will be applied immediately – http://d.pr/i/1ju6w
Note: Translation files will be saved to wp-content/themes/{theme-name}/languages folder. Here you have the explanation – http://d.pr/i/1lBCJ
After you make your changes, always save a backup when there is new theme update. After you update the theme (languages folder will be replaced), just move the backup files you previously saved to the same languages directory and your changes will still be applied.

We are having a problem with the All Pages link working. When I click on the All Pages link in Wordpress, I get an error page saying that page doesn’t work and that the domain is unable to handle that request.
When I deactivate the Aurum theme and activate the Twenty Twelve theme the All Pages link works fine.

You are using an old version of our theme (2.9) and the latest version for the moment is (2.9.1), please update theme first and then the premium plugins.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure 
Important: After you update the theme please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
Then if your problem is still active, please send us some screenshots of the problem and we will investigate that problem deeply.
You can upload screenshots on this site if you don’t know any other service.

I really like the theme but haven’t had much experience with woocommerce. I was just wondering if there is a way to disable the cart and add to cart button, but still have the product price show?

All was good installing the Envato Market plugin and updating the theme.
Unfortunately, now there is another issue: when I’m trying to make a fresh theme install, from the 2.9.1 version now available on the envato market, when installing the required plugins I’m getting the following error for the Layer Slider:
” Downloading install package from /home/{user_name}/public_html/wp-content/themes/aurum/inc/thirdparty-plugins/layersliderwp-5.6.5.installable… Download failed. A valid URL was not provided”
{user_name} is my host account user_name
Any help with this?
Going to install plugin page and clicking install on the plugin itself gets me to the same point!

It looks like your server is not allowing to update this plugin. But there is a quick fix 
Can you please download this file laborator_actions.php, and replace it by going to aurum > inc folder, then try to install Layer Slider again.

Hello, My support has been expired but I’d liked to report some bugs. If you can check my site (objectposh.com) on mobile, you can see the transparent header set up. But when you open the menu, you will see only the cart menu becomes transparent and it looks very weird. And I also set up the sticky menu but when I set up the transparent menu together, it only works on the desktop version. Not working on the mobile version.

Now it’s working but it doesn’t go to inverted menu like desktop version when I scroll down.
It’s because I added the custom CSS code already. The thing is before adding the code when I use the transparent menu, the sticky menu didn’t work and the the cart section became empty. So I hope you can fix the bug next time for other people.
There is one more problem remained. Now on the mobile, you will see the transparent menu doesn’t go invert like desktop transparent menu.
I love this theme. hope to become a perfect look.
Hello. The plugin that came with WPBakery Visual Composer theme does not let me edit the pages that did it. In the editor does not appear the elements that have been created on the page. However, the visual page elements are there. But the editor does not appear any element and is not even possible to insert new elements or edit old ones.

“I checked the Envato Toolkit but there are NO updates for the theme available (indeed the theme version is 2.8)
I’ve checked my envato market account and generated a new API key, inserted them in the Envato Toolkit, the registration was successfull, but NO updates available. The “themes” tab didn’t appear – only the old setting tab.
Any other solutions? Or any way I can “fix” the Envato Toolkit? In case it helps, I’m running the theme from a GoDaddy Managed Wordpress (4.5) account.
Also, when I enter the link to activate the Envato Toolkit from the Aurum Help Menu, I get a “not enough rights” message. The link I’m trying to access is: /wp-admin/themes.php?page=tgmpa-install-plugins – from the first step of the theme update help – tutorial.

Installation procedure of the Envato Market plugin:
1. Download the envato-market.zip and unpack the archive. 2. Upload envato-market to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory. 3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress. 4. Click the ‘Envato Market’ menu in WordPress and connect to the API.

Hmm this is very strange, but i see that you are using an old version of Visual Composer with the latest version of our theme.
Just go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
If you can’t update LayerSlider, go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and – delete LayerSlider plugin then install it from Install Plugins page again. Your current sliders will not be deleted.
We don’t have this issue on our theme as you can see:
and it should work to you too.
If after updating the premium plugins the problem is still present, then can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

Hello Laborator, first of all – thanks for this great theme. It covers pretty much everything I need. Great job! But there are some smaller issues I’m having trouble with. It would be great if you can help me with that. The Website in Question is www.freiburgs-finest.com I added a category view for my items like t-shirts, caps and so on. It works so far but the problem is the preview pictures are blurry. Once I open the product detail page the pictures are fine. I guess its because they get compressed. Right now I got 4 columns which give me the best looking result but I want to show it in three columns. We have increased the quality of some images on the last update, and we will increase the quality for some other elements on the next update of the theme that will happen this week.
So can you please install Regenerate Thumbnails plugin, and check if your images appear more crisp?
To do so, just follow the procedure below:
1. Go to Plugins > Add New
2. Search for “Regenerate Thumbnails” (created by Alex Mills)
3. Install and activate that plugin.
4. Go to Tools > Regen. Thumbnails
5. Click “Regenerate All Thumbnails” button and let the process to finish till it reaches 100 percent.
P.S: When the update it’s ready you will receive an email if you have enabled “Get notified by email if this item is updated” from your Downloads tab.
Then you can update your theme through Envato Toolkit Plugin.

Hello, I purchased the “Aurum – Minimalist Shopping Theme” today (18/04/16) and I try to import the demo content (Jewelry Store) and it does not import anything! I tried to import through the site itself (theme options demo), and the XML file that came with the package. Two ways that did not work!

Ok , so i change those tow (The other settings were good) : @ini_set( ‘upload_max_size’ , ‘64M’ ); @ini_set( ‘post_max_size’, ‘64M’); via functions.php file and its import successful BUT some images are missing (all the home page images are missing and half of the demo products images are missing) is this OK ? or missing something ?

Hello Since the last wordpress update to 4.5 i am not able to see tinymce toolbar anymore and the content text in the editor appear to be white on white background… i use last version of aurum theme, tried to reinstall, deactivate all plugins , switch theme but still no way to enable the tinymce toolbar.
