Ninja Form is a 3rd party plugin as you know, and there might be various reasons. First, please make sure your server allowing PHP Mail, if so, and your problem persists, please submit a ticket via http://freevision.ticksy.com and let us see it in place.

Are you going to update via FTP? If so,
go to “wp-content/themes” path and rename “contrast” as “contras_old” now you can upload contrast folder from the main package that you just downloaded.
Once update complete, please login to your dashboard to see if any automatic update available for the bundled plugins.

Hello. I have the Contrast theme. Almost everything is ok, but. 1) When i open my website (in any page of theme) on mobile phone or tablet there is a funny problem: If i scroll down to the buttom of the page and then i touch the screen the view jumps up and i can’t do any action on this part of the page. – it’s appear on android system with opera browser. 2) Problem with showing polish symbols in default android browser on mobile and tablet. 3) Funny looking polish symbols in IE on the computer. ok. I just upgraded my version from 2.9 to 3.1. Turn off and on again my theme in WordPress. And it still working wrong on mobile ant tablet.

Ive submitted a ticket as well..Ticket #749749 I’m getting an HTTP error when I upload a file through the contrast theme. Please check the attached screen shots.
I tried contacting my domain provider and they told me that I need to change my .user,ini file and need to ask you guys for the limits.
Godaddy tried to upload it on their end using the theme and it didnt break.
I uploaded the image using SFTP but its still not showing.

Official Theme which usually comes bundled with your WP installation that created by WP team. Like, Twenty Fifteen theme.

Unfortunately it stopped again. HTTP error comes up when I upload an image. Acc. to my service provider, I need to change my .user.ini file. Can you please tell me the limits of .users.ini for this theme.

As I informed you previously, we are not managing any limits, its up to your server configuration, and the image you are trying to upload. If you want to check current configuration; http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/ use this plugin.

BACK TO CONTRAST! I was installing this Theme in February 2014, last day I was with it was February 12, 2014. That day entered coma because of a brain tumour (I did not know to have one). Have just left hospital… it is March 2nd 2016. Am restarting my life with CONTRAST, from where I ended with it two years ago! Am sure I will remember this THEME forever, forever! Actually like it much, is fantastic and after two years is still the greatest, in its category. Will be perfect for my Painted Arts Designing! Hugs & Congrats to all those ones who made and developed CONTRAST and who still support it as a Theme here in Themeforet. Well… let’s go with CONTRAST again then…. YAY!

1) Hiding or removing footer, Footer takes too much space especially on mobile, even when set to the minimum size on settings. Ticket #636892
2) You Tube Video Background Page: loses menu links only on IE Window but works an all other browsers and platforms. Ticket #636896
3) If using multi-category they display with no space in between categories. Ticket #639462
