I’m interested in buying your Vertikal theme and I have some questions:
1) Does the theme have a “vertical tabs” functionality ? Here on UNIK theme they have such vertical tabs (scroll down a bit on the page): http://preview.themeforest.net/item/unik-responsive-multipurpose-theme/full_screen_preview/7964836
2) On your demo, on the home page, there is a big image (Hello we are Vertikal, ...). For me that size would be really too big. Would it be possible that i put an image that is much smaller ?
3) Can the “Promo Box” be inserted anywhere in the body of the page ?

1. Unfortunately, Vertikal theme do not have “vertical tabs” feature. 2. Smaller image required some tweaks to manage layout. 3. Yes, promo box can be inserted anywhere.

About 2) Maybe i didn’t express myself well enough. I was talking about what appears to be a slider on the top of the Home page in your demo. Where it advertises the features of Vertikal and so on. Can this be made smaller or even removed altogether from the Home page?

I bought this last year and used it before but now I am using the latest version and I feel things have changed a lot since then. Where is the Shortcodes section. How can I get Awesome Tabs and the other features? I can’t find them on Visual Composer. Also, when I use VC it is not taking into consideration the colors and style of my website. Please help

We have released many version after that.
We will suggest you to create development version of your site exactly same as your current site, and than upgrade theme at development version.
Once everything is perfect, you can move it to your LIVE site,
Or better you ask profession to do it.

Hi, the theme asks me to update both vertikal addons and visual composer, but when I try it it says “Are you sure you want to do this – please try again” It is definitely not a post_max or upload_max issue. It is annoying since it is the first time I have an issue with the theme and I do not want to pay $35 to renew the support for something which should work basically. The VC is not working any more. What can I do?

It is not fair! When I bought the theme it was not information about that support must be renew after some time. Now, when I have problem for the first time, I must pay another 35$ for help!

Hallo I am doing the updates via the Envato Toolkit and the latest version of the template was updates automatically. However, it doesn’t prompt for the update of the VC, and updating independently is not possible of course. Are you aware of this issue, will it be solved soon? Thanks in advance!

Hello! I’m interested in buying the vertikal theme, it looks very nice – good job! Before that, I have a little question though:
When browsing the page on a mobile device/phone, the menu is only accessible on the top of the page. Is there a way to add a menu button that is always visible on the top left corner? Usually this button has 3 horizontal lines and follows when scrolling down… I think you know what I mean
