1. This is a bug with a “Fade In Up Big” animation. Thanks for reporting this issue, it will be fixed in the next update.
2. Related to the first issue that is a bug with animation.
3. The smooth scroll feature from this theme was disabled on Firefox and Safari since the initial version of the theme, because these browsers already have their own smooth scroll feature. I suppose that Firefox updates this feature in the new update that makes you feel you’ve lost it.

Regarding the portfolio slug issue, this is a WordPress permalinks issue. Slugs will be used with permalinks so they must be unique. For example: If you have a page named “portfolio”, you shouldn’t set the portfolio slug to “portfolio”. If you’d like this name, you should change the page name to another such as “portfolios” instead.

Sounds like your host has low PHP configuration limits. You should increase the PHP limits on your host. You can do this on your own by editing the file php.ini, or contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:

We’ve never tested this plugin with the theme and it’s not in the plugins support list so we’re not sure. However, I think it will work since some client sites have the Events Calendar plugin that can work with this theme. Also, you should turn off AJAX Page option in Theme Options -> AJAX Options to prevent the AJAX conflict issue.

This is a bug with the Boxed page layout on mobile. Thank you for reporting this issue. It will be fixed in the next update.
You can fix it now by editing the page, then change the Layout option in Flora Options -> Page from “Boxed” to “Wide”. Also, if you would not like a full width content, you can change the Content Width option in the row settings from “Full Width” to “Default”.

We suppose this is a slider issue. When you work with a Full Screen slider, it always sets focus on the current window. If you open your video in the full screen, the full screen window will not work properly.
You should disable the force focus function by editing your slider settings, then change the “Disable Force FullWidth” option to “On”. You can see this option at the bottom of the slider settings page, see the below image:
The option was already in “On” but still occurs the problem
Sounds like this is a bug with the Slider Revolution plugin. Thank you for reporting this issue. We will look into this and it will be fixed ASAP!

We just tried adding that iframe from your website in a page on our demo site and it works fine as you can see on this page -> http://wydethemes.com/flora1/test/
If you have other plugins on your site, try deactivating those plugins one by one to see if it works.
Solve the problem!
I do what you told me to turn off other plugins I have, but I still was giving the problem, then observe the test that you perform and I realized that the only thing you had in this test is the slider revolution and section the iframe, then it occurred to me that some section of my home page could be causing the problem.
I began to remove section by section to determine what was causing the problem, until I managed to identify the problem.
The blue section called “Niveles Académicos” is what caused the problem, just as the button was down iframe which displays a Popup with another iframe.

Remove the button but still the blue section causing the problem, then decided to remove item by item in the blue section but still causing the problem.
Until I began to observe the properties of the blue row and change the “Content Vertical Alignment” option that was in “Top” and change it to “Middle” and it worked !!

The change you made for us recently where the submenu is shown when you navigate directly to a child page… is there a way to exclude one page?
In particular the home page, we want it to show the main menu, not the sub-menu for the home page.

Alternatively, is it possible that when a parent item on the menu is clicked, it opens that parent page AND slides to show the child items of that menu?
Right now, when we click on parent items on the menu, it opens up the sub menu but doesn’t open up the actual page (the parent).

These issues will be resolved in the next update. 1. When you are on the home page, it will show the main menu instead of the sub menu.

Having said that I have just noticed a bug. Not sure if there is a way around this? The sub pages to the home page do not load so you can never see the sub menu.

Since it is a home page as you can see in the page URL that means you’re navigating to the same page like you’re reloading a page. So when you visit the home page again it will not show the sub menu as we just fixed it in the latest update. I see it doesn’t make sense, we will look into this to find any solution ASAP.
Now you can temporarily fix it by turning on AJAX Page option in Theme Options -> AJAX Options. When working on AJAX Page, your site will not reload when you navigate to another page.

If you’re using child theme, go to Appearance -> Editor to edit Flora Child theme, just simply add the code into style.css.

Navigate to Appearance -> Themes. If you’re using child theme, it will active on Flora Child. If not so just simply install and activate the file flora-child-theme.zip like other themes. You can see the child theme file in the main download package.

Pre-purchase question: Another customer asked about disabling the image ‘link’ in the portfolio to prevent jumping to separate pages, and you said it is not possible and to use the image gallery instead. Does the image gallery also offer different sorting filters like the portfolio?
I see you commented to another person that the image gallery does not allow sorting filters. Is there no way to disable the image link that sends the user to a separate page and just opens up a zoom gallery?
Also, is it accurate that the text on hover is not customizable?
I love this theme, however my focus is on portfolio and it seems that your portfolio has significant limitations for me.

1. You can add custom CSS to the Theme Options or add it to your child theme to remove the link on portfolio image so it just opens the lightbox popup instead of navigating to the detail page.
2. This theme includes 11 hover effects and each of them has its own CSS styles. It’s difficult to provide the custom CSS to customize them. However, if you’d like you can add your custom CSS to the child theme to customize their styles.
3. The portfolio thumb sizes are adjusted by the theme, when you upload an image as portfolio featured image, it will be cropped automatically to fit properly in the grid/masonry layout.

First of all, please use the child theme when editing the theme. You will see the po/mo files in the folder “languages” in your child theme, try editing the po file by using the POEdit.
Also, please make sure these files are in the correct name and match the language code of your current language such as en_US.po and en_US.mo.

Thanks for all your help and support so far, we launched today and the customer is largely very happy. They’ve made one request… for some reason this theme does not remember the last point on the screen you were for previous page. If you’re looking at the footer on the home page and then click a blog post, then click back on the browser button, it doesn’t return you to the footer, it takes you back to the top of the page.
Any way to change that please?

Hi,
When you’re working on WordPress 4.3 or above, you can also set the Favicon in Appearance -> Customize -> Site Identity -> Site Icon that provided by WordPress. If you have set the site icon in this area, it will override the Favicon in Theme Options.
In the next update of this theme, we will remove the Favicon settings in Theme Options on WordPress 4.3 and above so you can set it on Appearance -> Customize -> Site Identity -> Site Icon instead.

Hoping you can help me out with this one. Everything was working fine yesterday. But this morning, before updating my theme, I couldn’t access my backend. Deactivated plugins through FTP and that let me in. Updated theme. Reactviated all plugins except when I try to active Revolution Slider I get this message ” Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 491520 bytes) in /home/breadan1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/output.class.php on line 640”

Also, you should deactivate other plugins (unnecessary plugins) to reduce WordPress memory usage, then try activating Slider Revolution plugin to see if it works.
I’ve increased the limits to your suggests through my web host and had no luck. After hours of searching for an answer I’ve decided to not use Revolution Slider at all and just have a static image at the top of the home page.

I’m having some trouble with a couple of Vimeo videos on our homepage. They display perfectly until we hit the fullscreen button. Then the videos go behind the header menu and footer and you can scroll past it when you shouldn’t be able to.

I suppose this is a slider issue, try removing the main slider at the top to see if it works.
Removing the slider does make the video directly below work on fullscreen, but the video a couple sections below keeps glitching (it exits the fullscreen and scrolls to the top).
The slider is an important part of the page, so what could we do to fix this issue?
Try turning on the Disable Force FullWidth option to see if it works. Edit your full screen slider, you will see this option at the bottom of the slider settings as the image below:
It worked! Well, kinda. The fullscreen only works when you first play the video and then enter fullscreen. It’s still kinda glitchy, but I assume it’s going to be fixed on a future Rev Slider update?
FYI this has never been a problem on mobile. However, we have another slider for the mobile homescreen (we hid them from each other using xs-hide, lg-hide, etc).

Thanks for your information about the slider on mobile. We suppose this slider disable force focus on mobile by default so it can work on mobile.
Is it possible to get some sort of notification when a feature as fundamental as responsive single image is removed before an update is released? This has had a major impact on my website. From reading the comments above about it being re-added, can you provide a release date for this? We’ve found some issues with a responsive image on WP 4.5 and it doesn’t work with Internet Explorer so it has been removed in the recent update of this theme.
These issues have been resolved and a responsive image has been added to the latest update of this theme that is available to download now.
