Recommended PHP Configuration Limits
Many reported issues you may run into such as; white screen, demo content fails when importing and other similar issues are all related to low PHP configuration limits. The solution is to increase the PHP limits. You can do this on your own, or contact contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:
- max_execution_time 180
- memory_limit 128M
- post_max_size 32M
- upload_max_filesize 32M
Verify Your Current PHP Limits
Check them by installing with this simple plugin. In addition, you can always contact your host and ask them your current settings and have them adjust, if needed. Many hosts will try to keep the PHP limits low without reason.
I cant update visual composer or the master slider ? I thought this was included in the theme!!!!

Updating bundled plugins doesn’t work either. I’ve spent the past couple of days trying to figure out the issues with a client who uses this theme. Then came across your comment section. Your new version doesn’t fix the errors with the system Master slider and Visual plugins; both broken with upgrades, even with a fresh install against an existing database. Is there a doc on your support forum that has proper instruction to get it functioning again?
Instead of asking people to post a ticket, why not lay it out for them here and direct people to a link which explains the problems and solution?
Since version 2.4 all is working as expected, your client should consider to update the theme.
And there is not a problem, an update notification appears for everyone on their dashboard which informs them what is updated and why.
So, your client should check theme compatibility before processing any further.

Yes, that does not work. You also responded to me via your website saying to update bundled plugins but I have no clue what that means. It seems like this is a widespread issue that is hurting a lot of sites. There needs to be a fix

There were known issues with WP 4.5 version, so we are recommending to use latest version of the theme and bundled plugins.
And, do you have a ticket open already? If so, please let me know the ticket ID so I can trace your issue there too. And please grant us wp-admin panel access on ticket, to let us see the issue in place.
