Hello i just bought the theme. All options in the template are turned off and i can’t turn the options to on please help.

This may be occurs because of some plugin conflicts so deactivate all plugins except our theme package plugins and check it out. Let us know what is the error that you are having? Also your PHP memory limit, execution time, upload size may be set too low. Please check that your server has following limits else contact your hosting support to do so.
1) max_execution_time > 600
2) memory_limit > 128M
3) post_max_size > 64M
4) upload_max_filesize > 128M
5) max_input_vars > 5000

I see the latest theme update was May 2 and only dummy data fix was added in 1.1 release. Are you releasing a new update to fix cleaning page builder issue with latest version of wordpress? I emailed you credentials the other day…can you investigate real quick?

Re-installed wp. Updated to your latest release 1.2. ‘Cleaning Page Builder’ not working. I don’t need it, but I’d like to use it 
I’ll go back to previous wp release and see if it fixes issue.

We deactivated our theme and activated the 2016 theme and checked your wordpress editor. The visual and text tabs does not appear. This is why the page builder is not working in your site. Please check this screenshot http://prntscr.com/biyuzu Can you re-install the wordpress in a new subfolder and check if the wordpress editor shows the 2 tabs in the default 2016 theme and then activate our theme and have a look.

Just updated to your latest release. Can you log in with the creds I sent you and see what’s going on? Options page can’t be found on updating and many other bugs. Really wanting this to work!

Hey man, the issue was just resolved. The visual page editor was checked as disabled in the user admin settings. This was creating the conflict with the page builder!

I have found a lot of bugs with this theme the editor not working properly when you save the work everything disapapers also now i have 2 logo can you please check for me marriedtothemop.co.uk I thought i would be quick building a website with this theme but its taken me 3 days to build only simple 4 page
