Hi, I installed the odio theme and I wanted to reset all the installation to do it properly. I heard about child theme and I want more informations about how to reset all thing to zero and reinstall with a child theme using FTP because when I tried to install with wordpress method, it doesnt work. I know about the how to install dummy-data but I really dont know wich files for wich reasons, because there are like 2 dummy-data.xml files, 2 widget.xml files. I need a step-by-step guide from the begining to be able to use my theme like the preview with all the features working properly. It’s will be very appreciate if you can help me with that. Thanks!

Please make sure you have latest version of the theme. Miss placed dummy data issue fixed. The correct dummy data files under “dummy-data\content” folder.

I have updated Odio theme, all plug-ins and Wordpress but now both the news feed in the news section and the image gallery in the gallery section do not display (the rows are there but the feeds are missing for both). So, I go to edit the page and now Visual Composer is not displaying? It is selected in the ‘Screen Options’ but will not enable me to edit the page content. Please help as client rather disappointed. I have just downloaded the most up to date version of Odio theme. I have uploaded this version via ftp as instructed and overwritten the old theme folder. However, in the dashboard it says that I still have 2.1 installed and not 2.2! Any ideas please?

How can I update both ‘Master Slider Pro’ and ‘Visual Composer’? They both seem to need a license? Surely I don’t need to purchase a license for a plug in that comes bundled with a premium theme?

Update your theme, when asked to update bundled plugins by auto plugin updater, first deactivate that plugins and activate back once update process complete.

I want to add my own fonts. I go to custom fonts – Add Font. In this page I fill the Font Identifier field and upload a TTF file (for exemple) in the TTF file field. When I click Publish, there is a error because it says the others fields (OET/WOFF/SVG File) are required. But in the documentation, it says : Enter title and supply necessary files parameters. I don’t need to fill the others field for my font and it say this is required. Can you help me please?

- Navigate the Plugins list and deactivate Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and/or Master Slider - Now visit Appearance > Install Plugins - Now from the list try to update the Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and/or Master Slider. - Once upgrading process completed, don't forget to activate your plugins back.

Hi, I just bought the odio theme yesterday, install all the plugins and did the updates. For some reasons, there is 2 updates left. 1 for master slider and other for visual composer. I checked in the comments and it says that I need to way for the update of the theme to be fixed. I wanted to know if its normal when I go to visual composer, tab product license, I click the blue button: active visual composer, it say I have no license for that. Thanks to help me with that.

I did the last update today by FTP by remplacing all the files and it say my master slider pro is version 2.28.3 and not 2.29.0, and visual composer use version 4.10 instead of 4.11.2. I dont know if the last update fixed my primary issue?
Never mind! I found how do do it. I just desactivated and reactivated the plugins and now they are updated.
