Hi, I just downloaded the theme and for some reason none of the CSS seems to be updating. I’m changing the skin to a different color, saving, and i don’t see any updates on the site. Is their something i’m missing?
I think your server is not give the permission to add / save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file in the theme CSS folder, because of permission, the theme is not able to create the file in the folder and save the settings into your site. Please set the permission to 777 and then check.

So that solved some of the problem. Now i can change the background color of the main menu and things like that but when i change menu type to the first version, change header wrapper to blue, and compile the CSS nothing happens. I tried changing everything in the header section related to CSS and nothing changed.
I installed the demo by restoring the theme with WP All In One Migration.
I’m also having problems trying to figure out how i can enable reviews for a product? I don’t see anything in the documentation and i can’t find any option to enable them.

Do you know why the header colors wouldn’t change? I tried changing them via the skin after modifying the header type. Then ran compile CSS and nothing has changed. compile CSS has worked for everything else so far.

On the highlighted red area in this image (http://imgur.com/icSla30), I want to have an item parent > item child, just like a normal menu, but I noticed only “Custom Content” goes there.
Is there a way I can have a menu with dropdown items on this area? Does Custom content section accept php code or is there a menu location to set?
2) Header 9 Sticky Header does not have a logo, even though on ‘Theme Option > Header > Sticky Header”, there is an option “If header type is like 1, 4, 9, 13, 14, SHOW LOGO Y/N”
Your demo page 9 is also behaving that way, please advise what is happening.
Is Header 9 compatible with sticky logo?

1. you can not add the child menu in it, They are only links to add in your menu and use for the direct link to a page or anything else. No, it will not accept the PHP code. It’s HTML box.
2.Please go to theme Options >> Header >> Sticky Header >> If header type is like 1, 4, 9, 13, 14 show Logo = Yes It should work and shows the log in your sticky header.

Hello SW-Themes, Currency switcher and language switcher wpml style (with flag or no flag, drop down or list…etc) is not applied when they are in default location, it is only applied when in main menu.
another example for currency switcher, I am using wpml with woocommerce multi-currency which has an option to apply style of the currency menu display the option name is “Template for currency switcher” which uses the following parameters “ name , symbol , code ”.
the problem is that, no matter what is the option chosen it will not change the currency switcher in default location. It looks that the theme has a default style that overrides the wpml style.

We have solved the compatibility issue with the WP 4.5 and now Porto theme is fully compatible with the WP 4.5 .
The latest version of Porto theme 2.8.3 is available on ThemeForest for download, please update your theme to latest version. I hope after theme update VC works fine with WP 4.5.1.

It still happens with porto 2.8.3 , VC latest version and WP 4.5.1. At least as far i can check and on my particular installation.

I will setup a clean installation to test anyway, because it looks like a lot plugins for 4.5 + cause issues. I will see if it works correct on a clean install and let you know.

Hello there, I have two main problems since the last Visual Composer and theme update. First the mobile menu shows up in Chrome in desktop. Not a cookie/cache issue as clearing doesn’t solve it and it happens on multiple computers. Second, the stars of the recent reviews widgets only show up on pages with reviews. So even if the product in the widget has reviews (and thus stars) and I implement the widget on the homepage or a (product) page without reviews it doesn’t show the stars. Any idea what’s going on here?
