Hello.Before I buy this theme, please help me understand. I have an issue with a competitor template as it looks like the script is generating weird binary logs that end up filling up the database drive causing my website to have an error connection. This is maybe because i am using Fastspring WP plugin. Do you have any know compatibility issue with Fastspring WP plugin which could cause the same issue? thank you. R.

Revolution Slider update is failing from porto> plugins, are there any known issues?

First of all, please make sure that your theme is updated to the very latest version, and then please go to Porto >> Dashboard and deactivate the theme from there and then again activate the theme with same purchase code, after that please go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and try to update the plugin from there one by one, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

Nvm. Solved it by unchecking Speed Optimisation Wizard > Other Minify > Disable Unused Templates Builders.

Dear Porto theme team, Thank you for the incredible work. Everything works just fine for many years and I’m a big fan of your theme! But Header and Footer from Templates Builder doesn’t work any more, its just doesn’t show your blocks, self-made or imported ones. Sure I know how to properly setup them, may be the conditions doesn’t work or there is another problem. Please fix it in new versions of Porto theme.

I purchased this theme about a month ago. I have sent multiple support queries via item support. Still I didn’t receive any response. Sound’s Great that your issue is resolved also for the second point, Sorry to say that but this is not possible, because the Parent Menu Item is also linked with any page, So when you click/tap on the Parent Menu Item it will take you to the particular page with which it is linked, So you can not set it as for open the Child Menu/Sub Menu Items or open all the menu items by default when clicked on the mobile hamburger, This requires Customization and if you want our paid Customization services you can contact our Customization team as well.

Ok but a link is a link if i have no sub menu i can click every where and it detect it, so if it’s a submenu it might detct also if i click everywhere… BUT anyway i had speaken with your support, CAUSE i have another PORTO THEME and it do exctly what i want, look at this website i can click every where and it open the submenu. can i have mobile menu different than desktop menu? i want people to open the sub menus and see the other sub menu links but when i click it goes to the page instead of opening the sub menus unless i click on the arrow and i cant tell the client click exactly on the arrow! since i bought the theme i hate it and dont know how to fix it and i dont see anything on the documentation, is there any article or comment that i can find the answer?

What if i just disable the theme menu and use elementor pro to build header? would that cause any problems?

or can i just deactivate menu on mobile and use elementor header for mobile? i have 2 menus setup, one for desktop, second for mobile which the menus are custom link with # so it shows sub menus if click but cant set it up on mobile

Help – I have blank admin pages after update. Recently updated to WP 6.0 and latest version of the theme but now all areas in the back end show blank pages apart from your Dashboard area. Can’t access plugins, themes or pages. Have sent request via support but no response. Please can you help?

Good day,

Porto Functionality plugin is crashing my client’s website.

I disabled plugins to discover that only Porto Functionality plugin caused the website to display an error below

There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

The theme and plugins are up to date.

I also deleted the old Porto Functionality plugin, in order to install the new one from the porto setup wizard, but while installing the critical error displays.

Please, how can this be resolved?

Do I need to buy the same new license for $59 to make it work?
