Yes, you can easily set into the center by using the custom CSS code. Please purchase the theme first then we will send you the custom CSS code for your site.

Hello, As i know there is no sliding top widget area in Porto yet. Can u add that feature in the future please.

There will be an arrow at the top right or left of the page. When we click the arrow, a field will slide down with content.

That is cool feature

Please check the screenshots below;

While we currently do not have that feature, I have submitted your idea as a feature request to our team so that they can consider for future updates.

Have a great day! Thank you

Thanks

We have purchased your Wordpress Porto theme and need some help. 1. How do we change the look of the header? 2. How do we add a full width image gallery to our home page?

Hi,

First of all thanks for using our Porto theme.

1. You can change the Header type from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header type and you customize the header color font and everything from Theme Options >> Skin >> Header.

2. You can add the full-width image Gallery on the page by adding the Image gallery VC element and Edit your row and set the Full-Width Row from General tab Options. http://prntscr.com/edi7k0

Our suggestion is that please import the Demo in your site and then edit it, this is the easy way to build your site. Please go to WP dashboard >> Porto >> Install Demo.

Thanks

Thank you, but I am confused by your answer. We want to add a full-width image gallery (like in your shortcodes demo) to a row in our homepage. We have downloaded a demo and are using that.

Would really appreciate SPECIFICS on how this can be done.

Can you please contact us through our support system so we will make it for you on your site. Please give us your site login details on our support system and also give the details of your requirement then we will make it for you.

Thanks

http://prntscr.com/ed95o6 after installing demo, i find this error. I installed the plugin correctly before the installation of the theme. why the error is showing??

another question: is it safe to use child theme of porto? I made the child theme with “child themify plugin” after installing demo content.

Hi,

You have not imported the demo slider in your site. Please go to Slider Revolution >> Import >> Import the slider which you can find inside the theme.zip file which you have downloaded from the ThemeForest. Please extract the zip file then you will find the Revolution Slider Demo folder inside this folder you can find all the demo sliders. Please import the Home-shop-8 slider.

Please see this video: https://www.dropbox.com/s/adot0t2a07oq5if/Import%20Rev%20Slider.mp4?dl=0

2. Yes, you can use the child theme of porto but it is already included in the theme.zip file, there is no need to create it through a plugin. Please download the child theme from here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/gx77g5b352xagav/porto-child.zip?dl=0

Thanks

Thank you!

Most Welcome :)

Thanks for your love for Porto WordPress Theme.

I have added a side menu to the front page of my site. How can I change the look of it. Seems to be ok on other pages except for the front.

athlon.raykingcreative.com

The menu is also different on the other pages vs the front page. The front page side menu is where I am having issues.

Hello! In the last update (3.5) you added the WC Vendor Compatibility but there is a bug. As you can see on the link below when i add an image its appears twice. And the user pic is really necessary and ןnterfere with the site’s graphics. http://prnt.sc/eda6cy Thanks

Hi,

Please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> WC Vendor >> and set all the required settings for your vendor shop page. There is no issue in the theme it’s only the setting issue.

hello, can you help me show the date picker calendar in a contact form 7 ([date* date]) displayed in a modal box? I have added this line in functions.php: add_filter( ‘wpcf7_support_html5_fallback’, ‘__return_true’ ); the date picker works fine in pages, but not showing in modal boxes.

can you be more specific about what to do ? I don’t understand. the trigger class is ”.btntest”

I solved the problem by adding in Porto Theme Options > Skin > Custom CSS this: .ui-datepicker { z-index: 99999999 !important; } because the calendar div was behind the modal box.

Hi,

Sounds Great! that you have solved your issue by yourself.

Thanks for contacting us. Have a great day :)

Hi , I tried to install the demo content , it says “installing shop 7 successfully reset wideget ! ” STOPS there SCREENSHOT FOR REFERENCE – http://prntscr.com/edrr0i

I checked the system status – ALL GOOD

SCREENSHOT FOR REFERENCE – http://prntscr.com/edrrb3

Also the visual composer and Slider revolution is asking me to activate . I believe those are included with the package or should i purchase it separately.

Thank you

Hi,

1. I think you have not installed all theme required plugins, Please go to Porto >> Plugins >> Install all the plugins and activate the theme. These all plugins must require installing the demo on your site. http://prntscr.com/edumh5

If your issue will not solve then please send us your site login details through our support system so we will import the demo for you.

2. There is no need to activate or purchase the new license for these plugins. These plugins are already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by Smartwave. This activation message for those who want to update the plugins directly from their websites. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.

So no need to activate them, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

Thanks Have a nice day :-)

The latest update has completely broken my site, tried to roll it back and still completely broken. I don’t feel these updates are tested well enough before being released. My blog layout is now broken, search bar has changed sizing, headings aren’t the weight they should be etc.

Hi,

There is no issue in the latest theme, we have tested it completely and also tested by the ThemeForest team to approved it :)

I think after the theme update you have not updated the theme plugins. Please go to Porto >> Plugins >> Update all the theme required plugins.

Please make sure that you are using the latest theme with latest WP version and all other latest plugins.

And also Could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is now expired. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support. Thanks for your understand.

Thanks
