Can you please send us your site login details through our support system so we will check and solve your issue. I think this is the 3rd party plugin issue. Please deactivate all 3rd party plugins and then remove your cache and check the site.

Can I create more than one site with the license for this theme? Does the visual composer plugin go together correctly? Can you use it also for more than one site?

First of all thanks for showing interest in the Porto theme.

No, you can not use the single license for more than one site. All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (sub-domains or multisite installation does not matter though).

So regardless of the number of clients, license works with the number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control on this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

Please update the theme to the latest version Porto 3.6.3 on the old domain then you can find the Unregister button in Porto >> Registration, Unregister your site and move the site to the new domain and register with the same purchase code.

And also Could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is now expired. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support. Thanks for your understand.

i know porto is geting a bite behind as porto was not updated for WooCommerce v3.9.0

just wandering why porto is behind when it comes to WooCommerce? i mean the 3.1.0 betas and rc versions has been out and available for some time now here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/tree/3.1.0-beta.2

by changing the Tag there you can follow the beta and RC changes. before them being fully released to the public. this could help the porto devs to release porto updates in time for WooCommerce updates. As many times we are weeks before getting a port update that is fully uptodate with WooCommerce.

Can we expect a porto update that fully works with the new major of WooCommerce release: v3.1.0 soon?

it’s getting hard to run an e-commerce site when we are behind in updates as porto is behind in flowing WooCommerce updates.

It is risky for us (users that use porto as a them for e-commerce sites) security wise when we are late in updating WooCommerce. as many patches relate to security holes being fixed.
