Hi, is it possible to change the color theme that has been used throughout the website at once? It still shows that teal/green kind of color some places. (some elements, some links etc.) And there are just way too many places to edit manually.

You can disable this page transitions and use regular page reload. In Mikado Settings -> General , set Page Transition to NO ANIMATION.

Please update your Burst theme to the latest version 1.4.1. After it, update Visual Composer to 4.11.2.1 that’s included into it. And clear browser cache after all the updates.
It should be all fine then.

You need to update VC manually, just uninstall and delete the plugin files. After that, you will see the note on top that will tell you to install VC plugin, just follow the procedure and everything will be fine.

Hi, I LOVE elements holder and I have a question about it. So far I have only used it for 2,3 or 4 column equal layouts. What if I wanted to use for example 1/3 2/3 layout? I can’t see how to use elements holder for column layouts that aren’t equal.

Hi there,
I’m using “sidebar” on different pages. Just setting them up works fine. But I have some troubles in customising them:
1) I can create a “Custom Widget Area”, but once it’s set up it’s not possible to delete anymore.
2) I want to change background color of the sidebar, background color of the sidebar title box and the text color of the titles in the sidebar … I tried to do so under “Mikado Settings / Elements / Widgets” and then “Sidebar Background Color” (does not change anything), and in “widget title” for the Title Text Color and BG color – does not work either …
Am I looking in the wrong place?

This problem with deleting custom widget area should be resolved, if you still have it, there’s a very easy fix for it and they will explain to you.
When it comes to styling your sidebar, those settings from Mikado Options -> elements should work.

You can of course disable this default SEO if you intend to use some plugin for this.

And then, in Appearance -> Menus add Custom Links and enter the Anchor ID with the leading hash symbol (#) in the field labeled URL.

In Appearance -> Menus, you can set some first level menu item to have the type WIDE http://screencast.com/t/DaPUbgOgD8 , then it’s submenu items will be displayed in mega menu style. By default it’s showing in four columns, so some css needs to be added to make it have two.

Make sure you have the latest Burst theme 1.4 , and Visual Composer 4.11.1 (included in that update).
That combination, with deleted cache, is stable for the latest WordPress 4.5

This is probably something I’m doing wrong, but when trying to update the Burst Theme I cannot find this page: /wp-content/themes/burst—> to drop the extracted burst update files in. The only way I see I am able to import files for a theme is to add a new one, and I won’t go through with it because I don’t want it to override my current content. Can you help?

that is not the page , you can’t find it in your WP admin.
You need to connect to your server, either through cPanel or FTP client (FileZilla for example) , to locate this theme folder.

2. In your WP admin -> go to Plugins , deactivate and delete Visual Composer, then install and activate it again.
3. Clear cache! (don’t skip this one)
