Hi there, i have a problem with the journal or blog exert pulling out varying text and creating a drop down on the line of images and cant seem to do anything ith this. all have the same amount of text but it varies. Please can you advise how to control amount of text in exert or where i can stop this from happening.

Hi – I’m having an issue with the contact form…I have it configured in the FROM setting to go to a gmail, NOT an email that is the same as the domain.
When I test it out, I’m not getting the contact form inputs. I’m also using a staging environment which I’m not sure might affect this?

Hi, some of my project galleries are not displaying correctly on larger monitors. If you look at these two projects:
1. http://www.shannajones.com/projects/lou-mark/ 2. http://www.shannajones.com/projects/katy-stu/
...and view them on a monitor that is at least 19” (1440 and above) then the image “disappears” and you have to scroll down to see it – then each image is sitting within a huuuuuuge grey block.
Here’s an example on a 19” monitor:

i figured it out – there are more than 79 images in those two galleries, seems like the maximum is 79 images? is there a way to increase the maximum number of images allowed in a gallery?

Could you please explain better how to set up albums? I would like to have a “travel” page and then within that page various albums of the different locations (i.e. Italy, Austria etc.). The documentation is not clear on how to set this up. Thank you.

1- Build your galleries (about Italy, Austria).
2- Copy the gallery URL.
3- Create an album, upload a thumbnail, paste the gallery URL in “Album link”.
4- Go to Galleries > Add new, select “Albums” layout, save the changes.

That does not work. When you say under 1 “build your galleries” are you meaning under the gallery tab? When I go to step 4 it asks me to chose a category, not an album. I want to have many different albums under one page (i.e. a “travel” page with various albums of different countries). The way this is explained does not work to create an album. Please clarify, thank you!
