Hi, the Eleos Theme is nice, but I have a question before buying: the “Video Home” does not work with video on visit of smartphones and tablets. Can I turn the video on for mobile devices or is that impossible?

I bought your theme & it’s great, but I’m facing few issues

1- the news image gallery is not rotating smooth and images are showing on top of each other

2- the site is not mobile friendly (especially the main banner on iPhone 6 you can’t slide down)

3- can you use a deferent main banner image slider? Like revolution slider?

4- when you go into news post the title keep hiding until you put mouse over it.. Why? How to fix?

5- how to change the grey text for under news titles (images, gallery and so?

I’ve tried the demo ()http://themeforest.net/item/eleos-onepage-creative-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/15189337, but it doesn’t show on my iPad and iPhone. Is that a temporary bug? Is there a way I can test and see it on my mobile devices?

Eleos it’s a great team, very well designed. But .. the documentation provided is very poor and the theme offers a very low level of customization. Even specific posts filtering is very low (or nothing) and filtering is not supported neither by the customer support.

Hello. I purchased your theme on Envato and am currently building my website with it. Unfortunately it is very glitchy and I don’t know how to solve the issue. There is a white box that appears and disappear on OT services and OT testimonials on the left side on desktop version. The mobile version glitches up and down when I scroll down. Can you please help me solve it? Thank you.

Hey! Just got this theme yesterday and customizing it now. One question – how do I get the main slider text title to be like your demo with a grey large word and then black smaller words? Currently I’m just seeing all text in the smaller black text style but want the first word to be large grey like your demo. Let me know please. Thanks!

You should refine coding and make pages load faster.

The home page takes too long – long enough for users to move on especially on mobile devices using data network.

Pages under ‘Jurnl’ taking too long – long enough for users to lose interest.

Just so that you know that I’m connected to the Internet at 1Gbps and the test website is located on a super fast server (cloud VPS). The test website is the only site on the host right now.

There seems to be a problem with the visual composer, specifically OT Home Slide. Theres no way to specify the images that go into the slider. I tried editing the existing Home page but that didn’t work either. Only variables are Number show and Button Link. Please help.

Do you supply any PSD with theme?

When the site loads on mobile you cannot scroll down unless you hit a menu item listed first. When the menu is clicked on a mobile device, it loads down for a second, then up for a second then down glitches. Also the left and right arrows for the testimonials and about section how can I remove those they are not loading correctly when 1. there is too much text 2. on the mobile devices they become unaligned. Other than that I love the theme!
