Sir if you look at this website of mine it is launched and active, but when you come to the one I bought from you it is still in the child theme state. You see the dashboard, wordpress theme and others on the website. how do I get rid of them. I dont know how to go about it Please any help

I’m not sure what do you mean by “child theme state”... The second site you linked is the “404 Error” page template of FlatBook.

Hello, unfortunately if you decide to update to the new version, you will need to type all of these manually again. A good workflow would be to backup your live site, import the data to your locally set up wordpress (localhost) than create everything again (based on that, i mean copy paste the texts) to your live updated site. Suggestion: your 3 demos each currently have a broken link in the menus. The “About” menu items link to #about but the ID on the section is “author” (in Demo 3 it’s #about-me in the menu link but “about-author” in the section). It’s easy enough for users to fix, but it took me a bit to figure it out.

Ok, i just sent. Later on updated version, side menu in dashboard broke. And contact form7 is always asking to update even though it is updated. I dont know the problems are related with theme or not but if it is posible you can check them out. Thanks.

After checking your site, it turned out that you have a javascript error message shown up in the console… Are you using any additional wordpress plugin, what’s not included with the theme? If yes, try to disable that plugin and check the console to exclude the conflict. If you aren’t using any third-party plugins, try to remember that when this problem exactly started, and what were you customizing exactly at that time. Cheers, Erik

I am not aware of any WordPress plugins that I’ve added. (Here’s what’s currently activated: Contact Form 7, Customizer Export/Import, Envato WordPress Toolkit, Ninja Forms, Sidekick, Widget Importer & Exporter,WordPress Importer, WP101 Video Tutorials.) I added some items to my menu but I’ve added other content, too, so I don’t know exactly when the scrolling effect stopped working. I am a newbie, so I don’t know how to correct the javascript error. Can you please give me specific instructions on how to bring back the scrolling effect?
