When I purchased this, there appeared to be the ability to have multiple navigation menus at the top. However, I cannot find where I create these.
You can go to Appearance -> Menus to access menus created by you.

I’ve done that, and saved it. However, when i go back out to look at my site, it does not show up. Am I missing something? Also, it says my theme only supports one menu….does that mean i can only have one navigation button at the top? On the examples before purchasing, it shows multiple navigation drop down menus at the top.
That means theme supports one menu location and that is header. That doesn’t mean that you can’t add more menu items. I think you don’t know how to use Menus? If I am right, let me know.
Sorry…i’m an idiot. I noticed the menu options appeared when I hovered…realized I needed to change the color of the writing for it to show up. But, i do have a real problem now, and I have searched and searched for answers everywhere else before I asked here. When I insert a URL into my blog post, it shows as an active link on the admin side, but when I go out to the “view site”, the link just appears as text, and is not an active link. I have tried multiple times to no avail. When typing the post, I clicked insert link. I then put in the URL, clicked apply, then published post.
Ok, I figured out that the link is active, as long as someone were to click on “read more”. Is there a way to change this to an active link without someone clicking on ready more? If not, Is there a way to not have the link show up at all unless they click read more? Also, while asking, one more question. In my Facebook group, if I post a link to a website, a picture from that URL automatically imports into my FB post. For instance, if i post the URL to a bedspread from a retailer, the bedspread pic automatically shows up on my Facebook post. Is there a way to do this simply and easily on my blog as well?

Links don’t show up on homepage if you are showing excerpts there. If you don’t want to show link text too, then you can enter different excerpt to show on homepage. You can find textarea for excerpt below post editor.

The sticky header option does not work – at least on WP 4.6. When I set it to “enabled” and scroll the page down – the header disappears (instead of being sticky). Tested on FireFox 48.0.2, Google Chrome 53.0.2785.89 m and Microsoft Edge 25.10586.0.0

Yes it disappears when you scroll down and it shows again when scroll up. This feature is added to theme to give user more space on mobile phones.

It’s upto you if you look at the design. Design is your preference. In terms of features, byblog is more advanced as it is just launched and goblog is somewhat old. But both themes are fine as I am regularly updating goblog.
If you need better features, you can go with byblog as it has more features than goblog.

Hello, I’m usually able to update the theme from the Envato toolkit on my dashboard but this time when I went to the toolkit, there’s no option to “update automatically.” Just a line that says – GoBlog has not been installed. View version 1.5 details or install automatically.
However, it has been installed and the blog is running on the GoBlog theme. Kindly clarify. Thanks.

Sorry, correction: I want to put the subscrbe box on the right sidebar (you can see it in footer now) and a contact box on the menu.
It’s a widget. Like you added it in footer, in the same way you can add it in sidebar. Just drag the widget to Primary Sidebar area.

Yes I did and saved as written. tr_TR.po. But I am not quite sure how to update it on wordpress? Turkish language is already uploaded on my site, how should I update the language file then?
In more detailed version: I chose the file goblog/inc/options/Reduxcore/languages/redux-framework, there I could find only one word “subscribe” to translate to turkish (from many words and sentences in the file). But the other words on my wesite like, “written by, read more, leave a comment.. etc” is not existing in this list to translate. Then I found another file on goblog/lang/default which is including all the english words on my website to translate. I translated that file as well and saved as again ‘default.po’ at the same location. But I am not sure if I am working on the correct files? Plus even though from the beginning my choosen language is turkish for my web site and I saved the file tr_TR.po, this one word “subscribe” is not translated to turkish on my website. Could you please help me? What I am doing wrong here?

The file (which does not include any words I need to translate) I translate is goblog>inc>options>Reduxcore>languages>Reduxframework The translated file that I save goblog>inc>options>Reduxcore>languages>tr_TR
The other file which includes all the words that I want to translate is goblog>lang>default The path where the translated file is the same goblog>lang>default (? saved it under the same name default)
After saving files I didn’t do anything as my choosen language is already turkish. I would be very happy if you could help me out.

I am just releasing a new update with new language file. You can use that or if you already have translation file in goblog/lang folder you can update that poedit and you will see the Subscribe text in this file.

I solved my problem almost. On the blog documentation, you explain how to upload the language file, it is not correct maybe you may think of have a look at it again. You need to save it at another place.
One more request, on the language file to translate “edit” is not included. I could translate the whole web page but not the edit part. I would be happy if you could add this also the language file.

I have successfully set up a menu with three buttons. In the source code there are two “menus”. The first one is hidden and is inside a nav class=”st-menu st-effect-4” id=”menu-4” tag, the second one is the one I actually use and is inside a nav id=”navigation” tag. The problem is that both menus contain the same li items (one for every button) with the same IDs, triggering an error during validation by the W3C validator (since multiple items with same ID are found).
How can I solve this issue?

You should not remove the hidden nav item. It is for mobile version.
If you pick a post to be a video (from youtube) or and audio (soundcloud) why doesn’t any image or media from those sources show up in the related posts section after you publish the post?
The titles of the related posts are present but the media above it displays a generic gray no media image. Do I have to set a featured image?
Yes, you have to set a featured image to posts to show on related posts.
I’m having problems with the mobile display for my blog, garlandvance.com. (1) There should be an image that pops up on the mobile device. But when you load it on a phone, all that shows up is “garlandvance.com” without the image. (2) In the mobile version, ALL of my pages are showing up. Some of these are supposed to be private. They are on the desktop version. How do I get them to not show up on the mobilze version. Thank you!

You may be using JetPack’s mobile version. You need to disable the mobile version from plugin’s settings.
Thanks, that helped. My mobile sight is showing correctly now. However, I’m still having 2 problems: (1) I can’t get my menu to scroll. When I hit the 4 bars, it puts the menu about 1/2 way down the screen and only shows Home, Start Here and About. (2) The featured image is not showing up. It just looks like a blank, white box.

1) It puts menu at down because you added some code on top of page. Theme’s menu works fine.
2) I checked site on mobile phone and images are appearing fine to me. Which mobile phone are you using?
Can you help me out with a permanent fix on our blog theme? In Google Webmaster Tools all my blog posts are coming back with “Missing: author, entry-title, and updated”. I’ve done some digging and while there is some code that I can add that serves as a band-aid to this, it’s apparently an issue with the theme and when updates go through, that “band-aid” code will go away and the problem will come back.
One other thing is that page two of our blog is pulling with a duplicate meta description:
