Doesn’t appear the ‘Page Options’ General Settings actually does anything. When I select custom changes to be made in the page editor, they don’t appear on front.
I just tested it again and it works fine. None of the previous 189 buyers before you reported such problem, if you still believe that Page options not working please share wp-admin access on support URL shared below.
Something as simple as changing Hero area background on page options for specific page is not working. I gave up. I’ll give access to your support forum when I get a chance.

If you mean to change the Projects in URL, here is the solution http://kb.templatation.com/article/5-giving-custom-name-to-projects-services if you mean the Projects coming on the page, thats actually the page title.

No , its not , but its easy to do it if you really need it.
Blog hero area doesn’t show background picture for grid. Please provide solution. Doesn’t show on your demo and doesn’t show in my purchased copy.
Blog hero area does have a background picture here http://plumberwp.wpengine.com/default/blog/ and for it to work, you need to create a page and select Blog Template for it. So basically , Blog is actually a page with custom template in this case, then only hero image will work.

is there a way to change the layout of the footer? Now is only with 4 columns, but I need to get only 3 columns. I think that i’ll modify the child theme, but it can be a good integration for the future updates.

Hi,
Unlike our other themes, this theme does not have option in themeoptions to set columns for the footer. Its easy to do in the child theme though, you just need to modify class from “col-lg-3 col-md-3” to “col-lg-4 col-md-4” and keep the footer4 sidebar empty. Then the first 3 will cover whole space, let me know if you need more help.

In the footer.php file there’s no html code to modify with the correct classes. Where can I modify these classes? I saw in the /wp-includes/widgets.php file but there’s only the dynamic_sidebar function that doesn’t help me

I have some pre-sales questions.
1) The website looks fantastic in laptop.
But when i am opening the website in mobile, the website looks little clumsy.

The header looks soo big in mobile. The user have to scroll so much to go to the exact information. Also, the submenu is also having same small opening button as the main menu .
Can it be removed in mobile or can it be made small etc ??Please let me know if you didn’t got my question. 
2) Does the theme provide color changing scheme in the dashborad ?

Thanks for your interest in our theme.
Earlier, we did not display the top bar on the mobile, but many user demanded it saying its vital for the business to have contact information visible on mobile.
If you do not want it, its easy to hide it with a line of css.
Ofcourse, themeoptions panel has the color/BG choosing options.

There is no option of turning off Animation for now, but its as easy as removing few classes from those elements. I will help to turn the Animations off so its not an issue.

I am having issues with presenting data clearly in a table whilst in mobile view. I tried using HTML coding on the tables, I then tried using a WP plugin – exactly the same issues;

Thats because the form is used as a layer in the revolution slider and slider controls it. In next version, I am going to create a Visual composer module for this whole section including form and then it will work on mobile too.
For now, you can use this form http://plumberwp.wpengine.com/default/homepage-2/ which works on Mobile too.

We brought the theme 6th May – very nice looking WP theme. On the front page, sadly we are having trouble even ‘seeing’ the ‘request a quote’ notification response. It does shows up, however half of it is ‘placed’ behind the form. I have submitted an image screenshot for your reference under http://heatflowplumbing.com/we can not see the notification.png.
Could you supply the css code to fix it please…

This is a really great theme
I have noticed that the Request a quote form does not show up in mobile view. Can you supply the coding – so we can enable it upon mobile view.
We also noticed that the Revslider (on our homepage, at heatflowplumbing.com is truncating or squashing some of the (Revslider’s) body text, Im running in several client websites – not seen this before -certainly showing properly on the demo too.
The css code you supplied for the Request a quote ‘response-text’ did not make the text show up any better than it was doing before, I enter the code. Still need help showing up the response-text for the Request a quote form on the front page.
