1) Currently the theme supports PayPal through its own cost calculator plugin out of the box. But this does not prevent you from using third party plugins, external widgets and even WooCommerce with its own payment options. They will all work. 2) Again, the theme does not have the database of participants out of the box. You will have to use either third party plugin or a separate app. 3) You can use WPML plugin if you need multi language site or Loco if you need one version in language other than English. They are both supported. 4) Eventim does not have mailing list support out of the box – you need to use third party plugin for that.

The cause can be that import uses all memory dedicated on your server for php scripts or script timeout happens. The best option is to explore error log on your server and identify the exact cause (memory or script timeout).

Either way, this needs to be fixed on a server level. Please refer to following info on how to increase memory and script timeout time:

Memory increase:

1. If you have access to your PHP.ini file, change the line in PHP.ini If your line shows 32M try 64M: memory_limit = 64M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (64MB)

2. If you don’t have access to PHP.ini try adding this to an .htaccess file: php_value memory_limit 64M

3. Try adding this line to your wp-config.php file: Increasing memory allocated to PHP define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘64M’);

Script timeout:

If you have access to edit your php.ini, it is recommended that you increase the value of max_execution_time to 900 (15 minutes).

I did everything you wanted me to do. NOT WORKING. Moreover, the error log says nothing about the import error. Only some coding errors. The error you are getting indicates the syntax error in php.ini file. It should be fixed first since the reset of the php script will not work until this is resolved. Maybe this is the reason why the import does not work after the changes.

Please fix the syntax error, try the import again and if that does not resolve the issue, please leave your wp-admin credentials on https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/ so we can take a closer look at the problem.

Ok, here is the thing – Instagram made some recent changes to its API, so the approach of using only User Id and Client Id is not working, and we will revert to the previous approach we were using which includes access token. We will do it with the next update. In the mean time, please do the following.

Please edit eventim/eventim.php in your plugins folder.

Locate the following lines:

Well something in between You have the option to set menu as vertical, both left and right (the same form as responsive menu but on all resolutions), but when the main menu is set to horizontal, its responsive fallback is on the left side.

On the other hand, since you have all css for right side vertical menu already implemented and present, it shouldn’t be too hard to implement the changes which will move responsive version of horizontal menus to the right.

There is actually a good reason why we haven’t created custom post types for speakers, events, workshops and other aspects of a modern conference event. And it comes from our experience in building event sites.

Only small number of events have structured and comprehensive content which constitutes these entities upfront. Usually event organisers gather the information from partners as they prepare the event. If you lock them into custom post types you risk having most of them not fitting the anticipated form in early stages of the site. We think that it is better to offer full flexibility in structuring the layouts so admins can cover variable content quality then insisting on dynamically generated content which will not fit the designed formats.

Anyway, we are sorry that this approach does not meet you needs and in requesting the refund feel free to state that the author has agreed to it. We will support it once asked by Envato staff making the approval easier.
