Hello,
I have purchased the Aurum theme, but the layer slider plugin cannot be updated using the purchase code I own. Could you please help how to update all of the features and plugins that Aurum theme has?

Premium plugins don’t allow us to give customers our license number, so on each premium plugin such as Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of that plugin included, and customers don’t need to worry about that,
You never need to buy any premium plugins that comes with our theme
If you can’t update LayerSlider, go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and delete LayerSlider plugin then install it from Install Plugins page again. Your current sliders will not be deleted.
If any of theme required plugins has released new update after the date that we released Aurum 2.9.2, we will include the latest version of that plugin in the next update.

I need latin-extended subset for both Roboto fonts. Do I need to add line to header.php file, or I can set subset somewhere in theme options?

I have a quickfix for you, can you download this file: http://drops.laborator.co/1c6J9+ and replace it in this directory (of the theme): wp-content/themes/aurum/inc/

Hi, Sorry to be asking you so many questions!
1. I used the Loco Translate plugin to translate both the aurum and woocommerce strings into danish, and it worked fine. The only thing i can’t seem to translate is the word “Search…” in the header search form. It tried to change this both in the Aurum and the Woocommerce theme, but it isn’t being displayed.
2. When i try to use the search form, a blank page is being displayed. I am sure, this is because i made a mistake somewhere along editing the page, but can you please tell me what is causing this?

So try Syncing language translations by clicking Sync and then translate again that word:
If you are using child theme, make sure you have not replaced files that contain “Search…” keyword.
2. Can you please try this fix:

Also i am trying to replace the “add to cart” icon by using this code:

Hey there, When I change my language to Hebrew, there seam to be a problem and the trending carousel disappear.

Hmm this is very weird, i just tested it on our site and this problem is not happening, you can test it on this product of our demo for example http://themes.laborator.co/aurum/fashion/product/asap-bag/
Can you please try to add another product and see if this issue is happening again please?

We will change Instagram icon to the new one on the next update of Kalium 
When the update it’s ready you will receive an email if you have enabled “Get notified by email if this item is updated” from your Downloads tab.
Then you can update your theme through Envato Toolkit Plugin.

memory_limit 128M

upload_max_filesize 64M
max_input_time 60
in case that they are lower

I installed the “WooThumbs – Awesome Product Imagery” plugin from CodeCanyon and it worked perfectly with your theme. Unfortunately, after installing some variation swatches plugins, an error occured.
With both “Variation Swatches and Photos WooCommerce Extension” from WooThemes and “Visual Attributes – WooCommerce Variable Products” from CodeCanyon, the same error occurs: the theme does not display the correct image variation when the respective color is selected. As soon as I disable the swatches plugin, the color variation works perfectly again.

You had deactivated some core theme plugins “ACF plugins” and i activated them for you, now please check if this problem is happening again.
P.S: You are using an old version of our theme (2.9.1) and the latest version for the moment is (2.9.2), please update theme first and then the premium plugins too.

We are getting the following error when we try to search, say for example “books”.

Thank you very much for letting us know about this bug, it seems that our code doesn’t work on old PHP versions, because on our testings on localhost the search worked perfect, but our sever (and probably your server too) is using an old version. We just fixed this to work on both 
So please download this file search.php and replace it to wp-content> themes> aurum.

This would actually help a alot. Because following users clicks, many of them (specially elder ones) add the item to the cart but they don’t know how to get to the cart from there. So any fast solution would be great.

When the plugin is updated to the latest version, it also fails to save edits. I suggest the author rapidly review why the Visual Composer does not work? This essentially makes the theme useless.

Hi! I’m suffering a major issue with my aurum theme site since I updated woocommerce to 2.5.5. Everything was totally right, but since updating Im not able to configure my shop. Products archive and products single are not working propoperly, the sidebar went to shop footer… Also, there are two woocommerce-related plugins (product details customiser and products archive customiser) which are not working anymore: they’re installed and active but they are not working, even their configuration on wordpress is gone, It doesn’t appear on Woocommerce setup or in appearence menú from WP…
PLEASE I need help on this since this big problem has all project stopped…
