It seems that the slider in the shop page is correlated to the product display page. So if I have a slider in the main shop page it will also display in the product page. How do I only show it in the main shop page?
Is there a way to truncate product names when they are displayed in other pages. While some product names are nice and short (lamp) the reality is that usually they are very long and don’t look nice in their boxes (mid century modern brass lamp with cloth shade)

1. Yes, single product pages inherit title area settings from main shop page. But that can be easily removed with some css. Submit a ticket to https://mikado.ticksy.com with a link to your site, and our support will write you the precise css for this.
2. There’s no such an option by default. But you could write some css to make font-size smaller , consult our support also about it, so they can recommend best solution for this.

Unfortunately there is no option in our theme for this kind of rating. Regarding the Stay Connected widget, this is the AccessPress Social Counter plugin, and we are unable to share the source code of it, as it is not out plugin.

Hello, I found a bug. The bug is in the Mikado Post Layout 2 Settings. If I set Title Max Chars to for example 31px in Post Item tab, the pagination won’t work (horizontal navigation). Do you check it, please?

You can’t set px unit for Title Max Chars – it’s the number of characters. Only enter a number in that field, and check will it work then. It should be all fine as we just tested it.

You will need to check PHP version you are using. Cause you need to use 5.3 or newer, and it looks like you have the older one. http://php.net/manual/en/language.oop5.paamayim-nekudotayim.phpAlso, please note that WP is recommending 5.6 or newer.

frontpage not visible with “standard template” i use for homepage (front) – when i move the mouse with arrow on teh screen and touch a invisible place (it recognized a picture with a “hand”) and click on it then it goes to the blogpage and everything seems to be normal and visible on that page … so..i think its a bug or something, very disturbing…....please help me, because the theme is great!

In Mikado Options, Several options are not working few are listed below. They are storing the values but it has no effect on the website. Please fix it ASAP, Thanks.
1. Header >> Background Color
2. Header >> Menu Area Background Color
3. Header >> Logo Area Height
4. Header >> Menu Area Height
5. Fonts >> nothing applying in this section
6. When I assign particular height like in my case I have assigned 55px to “Logo Area Height” option, then it removes the sticky bar.
Please check the issues as many more options are not working.
Also tell me that in your case the theme color is orange if I want to change the color scheme to some other color then from where i can find this. Thanks.

Inside theme package you downloaded once you bought our theme, you can find documentation – the best guide for work in our theme.
We recommend importing demo site – including content, options and widgets (you can even upload media files), to get completely the same site as our demo, and see how everything is done.
If you don’t want to do it on your live site, install WordPress locally on your PC, and import full demo there.
And for any help/guides you need, don’t hesitate to write to our support team at https://mikado.ticksy.com , so they can explain everything.
