If i have a local video (.mov file) that i upload to a folder on the server, and use lets say http: // site/img/mymovie.mov – the file starts only to download if i start the video player. Do i need to use a specific video file format?

Really like the Side Menu but when a dropdown menu is clicked I would like it to toggle the dropdown on and off, is this possible please?

Thanks for such a swift reply. The level 1 dropdown works great with the on/off toggle but I have now lost the level 2 menu completely (I have a dropdown from the dropdown).

Is there a way to change the title fonts in this theme? I am at the end of the project and the client now wants all the title to be Nixie One. I don’t know how to change Google fonts. The site is not compatible with IE8: the principal menù is misaligned, the footer semitransparent background doesn’t work, etc

Thanks for asking us for help, dear we donot give support to IE8 and this is mentioned in the theme, Themeforest says it is not mandatory to make any template compatible with IE8 because the World Wide usage of IE8 is less 2% now. Thanks

I resolved with a couple of js. Rgba aren’t supported in IE8 but I can replace it with transparent png.

I am very disappointed. I think there should be a disclaimer that what you get as a download does not look at all like what is available online because all the images are replaced with placeholders stating the image size. I purchased this theme, partly, because I liked many of the images and thought they were included with the content.
We are very sorry that you are hurt but i am sure you have not read themeforest policies yet, dear no author can deliver any theme with the picture in themeforest otherwise the company does not allow our products to be allowed to sale on themeforest. Please be sure that no theme from themeforest will provide you images because of themeforest policy so we can not provide it to you. You can download from the Demo for experiment purposes but you can not use them as these are purchased images.
Sorry we could not help you in this matter but we will surely help you in other problems if you face any in Dictate.

I was using a Services 7 Block. I upgraded to the latest version of Dictate and now it only shows 1 Service. Before the update it showed 4 items.

I purchased this theme and I need to know how to make the appointment form submit appointment request to my email address. There is no documentation on this subject.
Where do you find Theme Options >> General Settings >> Contact Page Settings >> Contact Email I don’t have this documentation. I purchased the HTML version of the theme, not Word Press. I need to be able to set the appointments to go to my email.

Hi Guys, I’ve got some questions. 1) I’ve added some Carousel here on Main page (http://junisa.de/) and it seems that it disregards Responsive setting, cause when I open that on iPhone/Android small screen, it appears that carousel elements are still situated 4-by-line instead of going one by one, so Title’s texts are mixed because the screen is too narrow for 4 titles in a row, and Thumbnails are really small too (for the same reason I guess). This also applies to carousel under Camera slider on that page. And also in this page http://junisa.de/?page_id=2392 there is the same problem with Posts Grid 2) Also there is a bug on News Category page http://junisa.de/?cat=77 in Safari. The newsletter’s Thumbnails in gallery mode appears to be 100% of viewport. Same Issue on Android. But in other browsers works well. How could I fix that? 3) On Services page (http://junisa.de/?page_id=2492) there is “Services 7” block. There are 5 Services blocks,3 in row. For some reason, it shows empty space on the left bottom side. How could I fix that? Thank you in advance!
