Hi, any suggestions on how to create a slider going through a bunch of logos? Similar to the featured products slider.

I’d like to make the individual product page summary (includes i.e. product title, price, add-to-cart button) to be full width on desktop and tablet devices, is this possible?

My UX slider is using 3 images for slides and is showing an extra slide at the beginning and end to make 5. Using the latest theme 2.9.2.

Hi, I have been trying very hard to figure this out but I am unable to.

1. How can I get the number of ratings for my products to show? Currently, product pages only show the stars graphic without saying how many reviews the product actually has. 2. And how can I add reviews of each product to the bottom of the product page..? I don’t want users to have to click on anything to see reviews below the product information.

Hi, Great theme I have a question about the update the theme, I`ll update the theme to version 2.9.2 because we now have version 2.8.1, but I have to active the Envato WordPress Toolkit plugin, If I update automatically theme , the information of the original theme would be deleted? We have active the child theme.

Hello, I am still using version 2.8.5 and I have a problem with New arrivals shortcode.

I have used in a blank page called New arrivals and I want to add a side bar containing widgets to filter products. I used the left bar template the space was created however no matter which I try no widget pops up.

I tried side bar , shop bar even brand new created one. In the widget Area I could not find new arrivals as a short code so that I can specifically choose. Is it not a short code?

Just bought the theme and I have a hard time getting the demo content on the page. I followed the steps in the documentation file and I get a error over and over again:

Failed to import Media “Dummy image” Block “Shop features – icon left” already exists. Block “Testimonials in a 3 column grid” already exists. Block “FAQ – Accordion” already exists. Block “Banner grid – Version 1” already exists. Block “Banner row – 3 column zoom effect” already exists. Block “Slider – Simple Image slider” already exists.

etc. etc.

By the way, is there a possibility to use a visual composer in this theme?

Dear support, I’ve got a feature request (... or maybe it’s already possible):

I’d like to have the option to let the Product Videos in WooCommerce Products start muted.

Why? Many people are online shopping while being at work. And obviously don’t like if Videos start with sound on. (... I guess one of the reasons why facebook has its videos start with sound off as default.)

I would imagine either an additional button with audio symbol in the corner of the video lightbox that is crossed out per default. And when the user chooses to klick the button and switch on audio, this setting would be kept for the next product videos that are viewed. That’s the elegant solution.

Or, as minimal solution that would also work: I can choose in the Themes settings that YouTube videos start muted. And than, the YouTube audio symbol is crossed out per default.

I think that would be a great feature in order to create the best shoping experience possible for my users. What do you think?

On desktop I have set my Products Per Row to 4. For mobile I have set it to 2. However, viewing on desktop shows only 2. When I change the Products Per Row Mobile to 1, the desktop only shows 1 product per row.

So it appears the mobile products per row is affecting the desktop. Is there simple fix for this? Version: 2.9.1

EDIT: Fixed with 2.9.2 update

The product image can not display well and can not fit to the product images, 1/5 part of the images was gone, i go through your doc already setting the woocommerce > setting> display, follow ur images size, and regenerate the images already, still cant be solved, thank you. http://imgur.com/mnXMikQ
