If you open your sample “Its already built in checkout the demo here http://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/vacation-rentals-demo/listings/castell-de-manresa/" and resize browser width to imitate mobile device, you’ll see there is a problem with “Book this listing” calendar. All dates are put into a single column. Problem exists in all main browsers (IE, FF and Chrome). Hope that will help to make your product better

Hi, i want to ask some questions before i purchase the theme. 1. How many property can i add before my site stops working smoothly (i had that problem with another themes). 2. The theme is compatible with translation plugins, but there is no translator included, wright? 3. I hope it is not a big deal to add new check-boxes and fields to the advances search (is it from the admin panel or i have to edit some files).
- That’s all dependent on your server resources, the better the server the more it can handle.
- Yes, its compatible with WPML however you have to buy a license in order to use that.
- It requires using a plugin like https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/ would be the easiest route, then you’ll also need to create a child theme and modify the advanced-search.php and search-listings.php in order to include those new fields you’ve added.

Can i change the values of the dropdown fields in the searching form from the admin panel, or i have to make some changes in the code of the theme?
I’m assuming you mean the actual wording like “Property Type, or City” those are all coming from my Contempo Real Estate Custom Posts plugin so no they can’t be modified however you could just add your own via a plugin like Advanced Custom Fields or similar then make template modifications via a child theme, you could also just overwrite the plugin taxonomy register functions to remove the default and add your own if you’re familiar with code.

in this link you can see that on end is ID. But on offer your plugin/theme dont add ID. Can I change this?
The theme actually doesn’t include any specific functions that would affect your permalink structure make sure you’re using the proper syntax https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks#Structure_Tags which would be post_id
Hello. In my site, people are free to publish. Whan I set some properties as featured, I’ve got a problem. The main listing image is sometimes large, sometimes short, sometimes medium sized, obviouly depending on the original size. Is it possible to set a unique size for those featured properties? I don’t recommend adding a static size to the images as the theme is a responsive design and that just wouldn’t work very well across devices but you could set a hard crop if you’d like please open a ticket on the support site and my support staff will get you pointed in the right direction. Hola Chris! i like your work! just one quick question, is there any way of taking a testimonial inputs from the client on the portal itself or do we have to get those inputs in the feedback or contact form and then later admin would update them as individual testimonial?!
Thanks, glad you’re enjoying it! There isn’t any front end submission for testimonials as those are usually done by an admin in the backend — but you could use a plugin like Contact Form 7 to enable them to be submitted via email. Thanks for your purchase!
I have been able to get the flexislider to work, but it does not have the small boxes with listings like demo and the IDX search does not appear below the main page slider.

No, just ignore that notification its a sneaky way the developers of the plugin are trying to get buyers of themes with it embedded to purchase a license which isn’t required. i have treid but failed. I still am not able to use your theme properly – i have paid someone $50 to install theme and demo thru Envanto and does not work. What to do?
What’s not working or giving you trouble? Did you follow my instructional video and written documentation? http://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/documentation/#installation Sounds like whomever you paid didn’t follow the proper process, takes about 5 minutes to do with demo import.

Hi, this has been a difficult process trying to get your theme to work. First time ever had to pay someone to load it up and still does not work. Demo does not look anything like your one. The revolution slider does not work nor loads any pictures – also said needs to register but will not recognise API code. What is the best way to fix it so actually looks any good?

Dear CONTEMPO, I think your theme is very powerful professional and good looking however what it is all worth if your support (or no support) is terrible. I’m a designer that have purchased many templates here on Theam Forest and never had such a bad experience with a support that ignores calls for help. – My tickets already grew up to be 4 DAYS OLD (!) with no response! – How do you think this effect my business when client keep calling asking when the issues will be resolved? I keep reading here in your response how you are under a heavy load of support tickets, so this means either your theme full of bugs or you just didn’t hire satisfactory customer service and support members before publishing your theme. I wonder if any support request answered within 48 hours (as you said maximum turnaround time takes to respond) or only those who complain on this comment forum getting support requests. It is just a shame that such great theme with great potential missing this important part, it just like buying a powerful beautiful car with no warranty and service.

How in the world do I update this theme? I have other themes, never this much trouble! AND, how many updates are there per month, wow?! Is that just Envato reminding me or are there really that many constant updates? I can’t even update once. Please help. I have been trying to figure this out since March. Hi, How can set up the submit page such that when someone select a city only the suburbs in that city will show in the drop down menu but not all the suburbs added
Unfortunately this isn’t something that’s easily explained, it requires JS along with custom Ajax functions to accomplish something like that — similar to how the advanced search works with city, state, zip & country being chained together — but slightly different. Something like this is outside the scope of my support, hope you understand.

Hey there! I was wondering if there’s a way for users to register on the site with this theme and not have the ability to submit listings? This is a site for auctions basically and they need to have the ability to favorite properties but I want to be able to lock down their permissions.

Definitely, just remove the page ID from the “Listing Submit Page” option under Real Estate 7 Options > Front End Submission, and you’ll be all set, screenshot

Yes, its included with the theme, just ignore those notices they honestly do that so they can track their plugin installations and try to con buyers of themes that come with it to buy licenses — its unnecessary. I’ve actually removed the notices in my latest updates, make sure you’re always running the latest version of the theme.

I’m assuming you mean from the front end it currently is setup to redirect to the “My Listings” page, but in that case yes you can you’ll need to create a child theme > then copy template-submit-listings.php from the parent into your child and modify line 95 (screenshot) with something like the below replacing the 999 with the page ID you want it to redirect to instead.:
wp_redirect( home_url() . '/?page_id=999' ); exit;
