Checkout http://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/multi-demo/listings/8542-el-paseo-grande/ and scroll to the bottom of the listing you’ll see the sub listings area (screenshot), in my demo example it uses a “Housing Community” however this can be used for apartments & condos with several units in the same building, or resorts with multiple villas within the same community, etc…I’ve also included an option for the “Community” taxonomy to change it to other wording (admin screenshot) for other purposes.

excellent that is more along the lines I’m looking for. Based on that though I’m looking at the demo for the front end submissions but I don’t see a way to add them as community when you’re submitting them am I missing something there? Also the addition feature are being submitted as a list when you post a property which isn’t optimal how do you maintain any continuity in your listings? For example if the bathroom has a jet tub, whirlpool spa, jacuzzi they are essentially the same thing but for anyone searching they are check boxes and it depends what the listing agent put in. In that instance you needed to pick 3 selections to get a complete overview of what you want from the search. If you factor in typos or just someone wording something differently that list could get rather long and unmanageable. Does it have the ability to have check boxes on the front end submit like it does for the search itself and just allow admins to add additional features? That’d be a much cleaner way to keep that search usable.

I’ve done it the way it is because its the most flexible and works for 99.999% of my buyers, also by default an Admin has to approve each listing before its published so any error correction can be done in that process, or you can choose for them to be auto published via the admin options. However you could modify it to only output “approved” or existing “additional features” as checkboxes, if that suits your needs better — Similar to the Advanced Search Page which outputs all additional features as checkboxes with a custom function that could be used in the Submit Listing Page as well although it will require some coding knowledge. Or I’m also available for customizations, etc…for a fee of course. We can discuss that further once you purchase.

No need for that, just go into Appearance > Widgets > find the IDX Quick Search Widget (screenshot) > add to the IDX Search Homepage area > then go to Real Estate 7 Options > Homepage > Layout Manager > enable the IDX Search module and place it wherever you’d like (screenshot), you’ll most likely want to disable the normal Listings Search module as well, but that’s up to you. I checked out the site and it uses XML so Yes I’m pretty sure it will work no problem, you would just need to use WP All Import along with the official theme add-on checkout http://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/documentation/#wpallimport and http://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/recurring/cron/

The theme already has a way for you to enter whatever currency you’d like via Real Estate 7 Options > Listings > Currency http://cl.ly/1t263h1N0l0T, along with placement options, etc…

If you’re referring to a currency switcher for users unfortunately there’s nothing out there that I’ve found to easily accomplish that its honestly a pretty complicated process to set one of those up, the only pre-built I’ve seen is just for WooCommerce or similar eCommerce plugins.

Definitely, s couple recommendations once you purchase — Google Analytics (checkout this how to article) for that there’s also JetPack Stats which is also a great stats plugin and a little simpler to setup, but if you require deeper integration I highly recommend using Google Analytics, its what I use for all my sites and demos.

Assuming you meant FSBO or For Sale By Owner, yes it has a front end system for that very purpose it also includes a simple single payment option built in for PayPal, if you require a subscription based setup you’ll need to integrate a membership plugin like https://www.woothemes.com/products/woocommerce-memberships/ or S2Member, or similar one of your choice whatever suits your needs best.

Thanks for the crazy quick reply! I already own woo commerce bookings, so that is maybe a way to go. But how do I then link the listings with the woocommmerce bookings and how is it shown in the frontend? Because now I have to set the price + start, end-date i woo commerce and not your listings.

They actually use “bookable products” rather than WP Bookings using a shortcode to add the calendar and booking for to the listings custom post type. However it looks like you can use this extension https://www.woothemes.com/products/woocommerce-accommodation-bookings/ I’m not 100% sure as I haven’t personally integrated it but looking at the features I think it’ll do the trick.

I’ve used that too before. Last Q before buying: So where do I input the price and dates. Listings or woo commerce and how does the listings produce the correct frontend from woocommmerce – The listing needs to know where to get the info? And can user input price and date when they add listings in the frontend? I just don’t wanna get caught in the same loop as I did with other themes booking themes out there.
