1. I see a few validator problems from vc and theme. Do you fix it? (i check up the demo site) 2. You write: full ajax content. Any experience with w3tc and a cdn like cloudflare or something else? 3. Is it possible to select the single product style on a global settings page for default and then for each product in a different style i like (sticky, extra content…) 4. The pagespeed ist very bad because of to big thumbnail sizes and many other issues. Do you plan a fix for that? Thank you for contacting us and being interested in our theme.
1. It depends on what exactly validation issues do you found. Some validations warnings can’t be fixed due to specific development tricks in wordpress, plugins and our theme.
2. We didn’t test our theme with any CDN but it shouldn’t break any AJAX functions.
3. At this moment this options is presented only for whole site globally. But it is not a problem to create separate option for each products for your store as a free customization help.
4. Yes pagespeed maybe not the best on our demo because of large images and a lot of other additional images. But on your web-site you are able to change their sizes and improve this stats. Actually theme loads pretty fast, you can check by yourself on our demo
Any response of use with w3 total cache?
Point 3 would be very important for me to make a product page impressive
Is it possible that you send me for tests the theme on my fresh install? I bought some templates and after a week i was so frustrated because of the bad code and functions. I don’t want a template how i need to fix many problems and performance before i can use it.

Yes, we will add this product layout option in the next update for sure.
As for page speed, what exactly you want us to guarantee you? All images size you can set by your own in WooCommerce settings, actually you can change any size of any image on the site: for posts, sliders, banners, menu etc. We set them to be large because some pages demonstrate full width options or shop with 2 columns and we can’t display them there is small resolution. In general our theme has good performance and increasing page speed points is depends on particular site content optimization. Good afternoon. One of the pages I imported from Dummy Content after downloading your theme was ‘Contact us’. I’ve tried to change some of the icons that appear on the text blocks above the contact form but I haven’t succeed. What icon library do they belong to? (are they anyhow related to any of the icon libraries that we can choose when we add an icon element to the page e.g. Font Awesome, Open Iconic, etc.) How can I change them? I have taken a look at the code and the only thing I can guess from that is that they belong to a class from Visual Composer (class=”vc_icon_element-icon icon-rocket icons”).... Where do I find a complete list of the icons to pick the one I like best? Thank you in advance.

We are not able to enter your web-site without login and password. Anyway it seems that you have disabled registration in WooCommerce settings, just go to admin panel -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Accounts and check “Enable registration on the “My Account” page” .

Unfortunately there is no such option in the theme. You can change price ranges generator in the file basel/inc/widgets/class-widget-price-filter.php.

Xtemos, when i turn on the ‘Sticky Header’ then i get 40px margin/padding on the bottom of the header… but when i use element inspect and try to fix it, nothing helps.. even with !important. Do you have any idea where it go wrong?

Thanks for the product. I’m struggling with the blog element of my homepage. Since I cannot find a way to align all featured images (no matter how hard I try to equal the height of the posts’ texts with the read more button, they will always have a slightly different heights from one another), I want to remove pagination from the blog element but I can’t either. When I edit the blog settings I pick the empty field with Pagination and I even select Hide Read More Button from the Design tab but it will still remain there, inactive but there. Could you please help me get rid of it completely? Cheers.

Thank you for purchasing our theme.
To create variation with images swatches you need to go Products->Attribues, create some attribute and then create attribute’s values. Inside of this value you will see two fields “Image preview for this value” and “Color preview for this value” that will add swatches to this attribute. Than you just need to create variable product and use the attribute for product variations as always.
You can also add our “BASEL WooCommerce Layered Nav” widget in Appearance->Widgets to your shop widget area to display colour filters.

If you are talking about categories menu in the header (like on the furniture demo) unfortunately we have to hide it on mobile devices, and it needs some additional code customization to display it properly on the phone.

It looks like the widgets will appear if you go to http://www.coiffafrica.com/product-category/shampoos
but not if you go to http://www.coiffafrica.com/shop/shampoos or http://www.coiffafrica.com/shampoos
It may happen in case when some particular category doesn’t have any products with attributes selected.

Social Media Icons Showing in Footer + Header There are social media icons that are showing in the footer and header that I disabled. I only want Instagram, Facebook, and email to show. Please tell me how I should disable them. I have went into the theme options and removed the links from each social media area, but the icons still display in the footer and header.
Widgets on Shop Pages + Shop Filters in Shop Widget Area Does the url have to contain “shop/page-name” in order for the shop widgets to work on the page? I have enabled the left sidebar on the shop pages under theme settings, but the selected widgets still are not displaying. If you log-in you will see that I am looking for the shop/catalog pages to look exactly like http://demo.xtemos.com/basel/shop/?shopleft. I want to do it myself, because I need to under how to make edits to the theme.
I’ve added two different widgets in the shop widgets area for the coiffafrica.com/shampoo page but only one widget shows up. The only widget that shows up is the category list. Why isn’t the only widget displaying in the left sidebar?
I also added a filtering widget to the shop filter area and those widgets are not displaying either. Why aren’t these widgets showing up. There is alot that is not explained in the documentation.

The boxes for categories ARE selected? Did you check? If you did, you would see that they are selected. The issue isn’t that the category boxes aren’t appearing. The issue is that the categories reflected in those category boxes aren’t the categories currently that are in the categories that I created. Where are the categories being pulled from. If you log into my site you will see that the categories that I have are Shampoos, Conditioner, Butters & Oils, etc.

1. Currently you are using share buttons shortcode that don’t link to your social networks pages. As we already said you can use “follow” shortcode to remove links you don’t need. [social_buttons type=”follow”]. You can change this in Appearance -> Widgets -> Footer Column 1. We did this for you.
2. All widgets work correct now. Did you add some brands to your products? Since any products are not associated with any brands you can see filter by brand and of course you will not see “Active filters” widget. This information is not presented in our theme documentation since it is WooCommerce functionality.
