thumbnail images are not shown and also i tried regenerated thumbnail plugin but still it dont show thumbnail images

This is a known issue caused by a plugin conflict. Plugins create a js error most of the times and this causes different elements to break on the site, whether it’s the search box, the mega-menu or the images, they all originate from the same common problem. Plugin conflicts. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test your site again.

Issues 1. Thumbnail not shown in Home page, MegaMenu and also in Category List 2. When iam click on Nextgen Gallery Images it goes to Home Page…..
And Few Months back I have designed my site, its works fine and great on that time and iam checked my site only two days before inbetween gap iam not visited my site and i noticed that completed structure of the site goes to default color and logged into my wp admin and the theme asked me to input Theme License Code and i entered my license and iam assumed that it will come back to normal, but its not gets back…..., So please help us to solve this problem…

I have a little issue here, may I know the difference between the two version of NEWSPAPER Theme. Because, I was actually on the verge of purchasing the “Newspaper 7” there I found out that that there are two separate version with differ price tag. So, I like to know the difference should this one, Newspaper version 2 instead of the other?
Also, can I use the “Infinite Scroll” or “Load More” in the Magazine or Newspaper demo design instead of pagination should I decide to use any of the demo as my base design? And Can as well have more than one banner in the case of advert on the side bar section?

There are no different versions of newspaper available. We have 2 themes you can chose from: Newspaper and Newsmag: http://screencast.com/t/ueZNHFuS Newspaper 7 was a major update to the Newspaper theme. The infinite load pagination can be used on category pages, or on standard pages either in the latest articles section or on blocks you set in visual composer. This can be used on any demo you chose. As for the banners, you can add up to 5 custom ads in our theme and use them as many times as needed.

As you can see on our demo, the black version does not have a white space like yours: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_black/. It seems you have a custom modification in place that prevents the black demo from displaying properly. Please revert your theme to it’s default state (remove any custom code) and check your site again. If the problem is not fixed, you can also try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. If you still have issues, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and inspect this.

People usually get these errors when the update is not done properly or they have custom modifications made. Please make a clean install of the theme by following this guide: http://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Please restore all modifications you made to the theme, and switch to the main theme if you use a child theme. Let us know how it goes.

I want to buy your theme but I need you to be real with me for a second. I currently own MultiNews by Momizat and it is so f*ing slow! Can you give me a guarantee that your theme loads quickly? I use caching, CDN, etc. Need 1-2 second load times.

To be completely hones as requested, the page loading speed depends on a whole bunch of things starting from the host that you use all the way down to the content of the site. Our themes have a fast loading speed per general. If you check newsmag on the google pagespeed insights you will see this result: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fdemo.tagdiv.com%2Fnewsmag%2F&tab=mobile You can reach these speeds as well if you use our page speed optimization guide: http://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ An ‘unoptimized’ site will not load fast by default. No theme can do that. The theme helps to some extent though. If you optimize your site and wp install properly, you can reach the speed of our demo as well.

The search, along with other javascript elements will break on a js error. You have these errors in the browser console: http://screencast.com/t/sDhLTqG7J These errors are mostly caused by plugin conflicts so please disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test your site again. The problem should go away and you will have to identify the plugin that causes it. If a plugin does not cause the error, please check for any custom code and restore the theme to it’s default values.

If you access our demo using the link I provided, under the features menu and post samples, the first result is a ‘parallax automotive’ example: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/td-post-kendall-jenner-strips-for-love-magazine/ The mega-menu images are actually posts from the category you set to the menu. These will be grabbed automatically when selecting the mega-menu option. You can read more about it here: http://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-mega-menu/ In the site you mentioned, there are a few custom elements but most of the layout is provided by the theme elements.

The standard theme license states that you can only use the theme on one end-product: http://themeforest.net/licenses/standard so in order to use the theme on 2 websites, you will need 2 licenses.

Yes, you will need to have those posts set to video format and, in order to have the video thumb image displayed as featured image for the post in a block element for example ( in a module ) you will need to have the video set as featured video for your posts and you will have to set the video as a featured video: http://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-featured-image-or-video/

Unfortunately our grids will ignore sticky posts as they will cause errors in the big grid layout. Our themes do not support the sticky post function unfortunately.

You can use the revolution slider on posts and pages. but the width will depend on the content width. A post does not have a full width row like pages have in visual composer. AS for the quote post, I’m not sure what that is. Sorry for the inconvenience however we’ve chosen not to include WPML support because we want to avoid dependency on another external plugin (at least in near future), sorry!
Currently the qTranslateX plugin can be used as a solution for multilingual sites and for any matters related to its functionality we can assist you.
