Gauging Interest in a New Feature — Yelp Nearby?
Would anyone be interested in the option of displaying “Nearby” restaurants, businesses, services, etc…from Yelp in listings? Let me know and if there’s enough demand I’ll go ahead and develop the API into the theme! Thanks!

Did you make sure and follow the steps exactly in the documentation, http://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/documentation/#brokerages — if you miss one the relationship between everything won’t be completed.
Sorry to say (friendly of course) but Realia & Realsite does it for admin very detailled: you see their querry’s, Top most visited properties, what budget the look, what regio they look, etc. WP estate does it a little (for visitors just to see how many visiters per day for a property). inmovilla.com/programa-para-inmobiliarias/ is the most detailled with repports for every user but is only Bootstrap.
But yours offers also so may features, most of all, but no statistics and we need that really. Do you think it can be implemented for a reasonable price?

I wasn’t aware of that, but it would require quite a bit of development to integrate stats along with an admin dashboard and reporting logs, etc, etc…
If you could put together a bulleted list of the stats you’d like to see and I’ll look into possibly creating an optional companion plugin for my RE7 theme specifically. Thanks!
Hi there, presales question: I am comparing features of some themes but cannot find answer if this one have built-in statistics especially for management: like in what budget they search most, vists per property, most for sale or most for rent, most wanted regions etc. Is it buil-in, or possible with extra plugin? If not, it this feature planned maybe? TIA
It doesn’t have anything built in like that and I’m 99.999% sure no other themes out there will offer stats, that would honestly be something that would have to be custom developed for your specific needs.

I’d like to remove the beds and baths columns from the Flooplans and Pricing table when I’m listing commercial properties and/or permanently.
Those are automatically removed when you tag the listing as Commercial, Land or Lot under the Property Type, please refer to http://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/documentation/#taxonomies, thanks for your purchase!

I’m also having trouble getting users assigned to a brokerage. I edit their information through the back end selecting the brokerage (only 1 available right now) and it says User Updated but the box resets to Select a Brokerage. Checking the brokerage page shows only 1 of my agents.

Hina responded with detailed instructions (which weren’t initially followed on your end) and its working now we both just checked, you’re all good to go. You can use any plugin you’d like however I’ve built in specific features like the language switcher, etc…for WPML, you’ll need to consult the PolyLang documentation and go from there, unfortunately not much I can offer as I haven’t personally used that plugin before, hope you understand. Sorry a list option isn’t offered for listings at this point in time but maybe in a future update.
Hi, We have Pro real estate 7 and some things are not working. Your support said to update the theme. We are trying to update it but it just spins and does not update. What are we doing wrong?
I’m assuming your updating via the Envato Market plugin? If so it sounds as though they might be having some API issues causing the update to not completely which is unfortuantely outside of my control. That’s due to the upload/overwrite of the theme not getting to 100% so files are missing, etc…you’ll have to access your site via FTP and update as outlined in the KB article I linked above. If you’d like open a ticket with your WordPress admin & FTP details, post the number here and I’ll get it done for you real quick.

That’s because Garage isn’t its own custom field like bed, bath, etc…

Really great theme! I have a pre-sales question: is it possible to set a price for a regular property submission and another for a Featured property submission? Is it even possible for the front-end user to set his/her property as regular or Featured? Thanks.
I’ve only got it setup for a single price for submission, however you could add another with modifications although I’d actually recommend just using a membership plugin for something like that, I’d recommend https://www.woothemes.com/products/woocommerce-memberships/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/s2member/ as they can provide much more flexibility in allowing users access to your site and costs associated with it.

Unfortunately that sub-menu is not editable as it pertains to each section that’s active on a single listing as a “scroll to navigation”, however if you still would like to change it you’ll need to make a child theme http://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/documentation/#childthemes then you’ll copy single-listings.php and change lines 249-290 http://cl.ly/0j3F2V200N2G, you can also disable it via Real Estate 7 Options > Listings > Show Listing Section Navigation http://cl.ly/213P1E0c0F1S, thanks for your purchase!

Hi, I noticed in your real life samples that the Login/Register link can be changed to Agents Login. How can I do it?
You would just do that via the en_US.po file and change the string to whatever you’d like, can use WPML or a plugin like Loco Translate.
Sorry, didn’t work. I used both Poedit and simple text format erasing the “login/register” and typed “Agent” login and nothing happened.
