1. We have not tested this paid plugin yet with our theme and it’s not possible to guarantee 3rd party plugins for us. So we think that if the plugin is coded perfectly it should work with any WooCommerce theme. You can also confirm from the plugin author.

2. Yes, you can translate your site into German Language.

Yes, you can add the Condition, price, whatever you want from Product short Description. When you add anything in the product short description it will appear on the right side of the product image same as your given link. There is no need to edit the single product php file. You can use the product short description box by edit your product page.

No, this will not change the alt tag of the whole page. You can change your alt tag in media and after selecting image WordPress gives you edit or change alt image name, when the image will appear than alt tag also will available for alt. that image you will use for your page.
