is it possible to change the order of .ppb_subtitle and h2.ppb_title? It doesn’t always fit that the subtitle is displayed above the h2.

Could you try to unzip the file first because there are many folder in the file ex. manual, theme, license info.
Then you will find grandportfolio….installable.zip. Upload it via Appearance > Themes. Once you uploaded activate theme via Wordpress admin.

I'm considering switching over from Helium (http://themeforest.net/item/helium-modern-portfolio-blog-theme/9458672?s_rank=1), but am bit wary as they are using the Youxi sweet of plugins, including a custom page type for thier portfolio pages. Any insight on how complicated the changeover might be? I'm assuming you don't use Yonxi?Thanks!

Unfortunately we haven’t used that plugin as it’s plugin from helium theme author. So you have to create portfolio content again with Grand Portfolio theme.
But post/page contents can be used in Grand Portfolio theme.
This is a very beautiful theme but I’m wondering does the “floating screen” of that is your main product image, come with your theme as a .psd

I found what i did wrong
I saw that in the documentation. All I had to do was to check the option down right in the creation of the page to the template i wanted.
In the begging i tried to make the portfolio using the content builder. Thats was the issue. The content builder.

I am having problems with the content builder. I have tried deactivating all plugins to try and rectify. Basically I can add an item from the content builder click into edit but it won’t save the update or allow me to cancel and close the box. I have had to install a visual composer to try and get around it but there are thing I want to use on the content builder so I have having to remove the visual composer I add to use it and it still won’t work. ?

Then you have to create a page and select “Gallery Archive Fullscreen” as page template.

Thank you, I will try the thumbnail regenerate but in the meantime I switched to split screen wide gallery to avoid this problem. However, I have two issues with the mobile version of my website: 1- I am not able to scroll down the gallery without having the lightbox opening as soon as I touch any image on my phone. How can I solve this? it is disturbing and it appears like a pop-up. 2- The split screen gallery archive looks very very bad on the phone. Nothing is aligned, text is not resized and photos that are rectangular on the website are cropped like in the strip gallery. Is it a bug in the theme?

That should be the same issue because your are using media files from old theme settings so when you switched to Grand Portfolio theme. All media still remain the same size as your old theme settings.

Does the theme feature a child/sub-menu styling? I see that mega menu is included but none of your demos feature a sub-menu so difficult to see how it presents. Thanks
